Me and My Hnaan: Carrot Semolina Soup/From 18-month-old babies to elderly people

    Recipe Ingredients:
    1/2 small-sized onion
    5-inch piece of carrot
    30 grams semolina
    1/2 tomato
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    Spices
    2 small pieces of curry leaves
    1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
    3 teaspoons coriander powder
    3 cashews
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    Preparation Instructions:
    Finely chop half of a small-sized onion and half of a small-sized tomato.
    Grate the 5-inch piece of carrot using a grater.
    Recipe Instructions:
    1. Heat Oil:
    On low flame, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
    2. Add Onion, Curry Leaves, and Cashews:
    Add the chopped onion, curry leaves, and cashews to the pan.
    Sauté on low flame for 2-3 minutes until the onion and cashews turn light brown.
    3. Add Carrot and Semolina:
    Add the grated carrot and sauté for 1 minute.
    Add the semolina and continue to sauté for another minute.
    4. Add Tomato and Spices:
    Add the chopped tomato to the pan.
    Immediately add all the spices: 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 3 teaspoons coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
    Sauté for 30 seconds.
    5. Add Water and Cook:
    Pour in 500 ml of water and mix everything well.
    Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes until the water reduces slightly.
    6. Adjust Consistency:
    Remove the curry leaves from the pan.
    Add an additional 250 ml of water to the pan.
    Add black pepper and salt to taste.
    Mix well and cook until the soup reaches a smooth texture.
    7. Cool and Blend:
    Once the soup has a smooth texture, turn off the flame and let it cool slightly.
    Transfer the soup to a grinder and blend until smooth.
