Me and My Hnaan: Pumpkin Soup/for 1 year baby to 4 years kids/also for youngers/healthy diet

    Ingredients
    - Small piece of pumpkin, cut into medium-sized pieces
    - 2 cashews
    - 1 walnut
    - 2 small pieces of curry leaves
    - 1 green chili
    - Half small-sized tomato, cut into small pieces
    - Salt as per need
    - Black pepper as per need
    - Water
    Method
    1. Heat a pan on low flame and add 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee.
    2. Add the cashews and walnut to the pan and roast for 2 minutes.
    3. Add the curry leaves and pumpkin slices, and sauté for 2 minutes.
    4. Add salt and black pepper as per need, a piece of green chili, and half of the chopped tomato.
    5. Sauté everything for another 2 minutes.
    6. Add 250 ml of water, mix well, and cover the pan with a lid. Cook on low to medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes.
    7. When the water starts to reduce and the pumpkin becomes soft, add another 200 ml of water.
    8. Continue to cook until the pumpkin is completely soft and the soup reaches a smooth consistency (not too thin or too thick).
    9. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
    10. The delicious pumpkin soup is ready. For small children, you can grind the soup before serving.
