The most important part about this clip was Ak detailing Joe’s ability to be in front of real entertainment cameras which is a testament to Joe’s showmanship. AK acknowledges how “green” he was which Joe’s camera ability held a mirror up to Aks inability.
That was the closest I ever heard Ak admit he was right without actually saying “Joe was right”

I remember I snapped on this wyt guy at whole foods. He was acting a whole fool over sandwiches and was like I spend 1k/month here I'm going to have your job. He ran and grabbed the store manager and kept acting crazy. I looked at my boss I looked at all the older black women in line that he had pushed past just to yell at me, I looked at the man and said you're very disrespectful to me and these customers here and if you really gotta problem we can step outside right now 🤷🏾♂️. The store manager ain't expect that but he was docile anyway, he thought I was about to apologize. Although he wanted to be professional as a man some issues you have to puff yo chest out, even if you know it's a L in any aspect. My point was letting him know at that moment I didn't care about money (because he literally yelled in the middle of the store about how much he spends every month) and I'd risk my freedom just to prove he wasn't as tuff as he made himself appear was enough for me. He sent an email the following morning apologizing.

I was a huge Akademiks fan when this happened and I had to side with Vic Mensa. There's nothing amusing or comical about losing a loved one to violence or disadvantaged people killing each other. The war in Chiraq made it seem like a big joke.
He wasn't making fun of that was going on at all. He was trying to show his viewers, who thought the "War In Chicago" was a movie or video game, the absurdity and how ridiculous it was for these kids to be losing their lives over something as pointless as the street they lived on. If you were really watching Ak during the Chi-Raq days, you'd know that he was NEVER making the situation into a joke.
