This isn’t the first time I have seen a video about not being able to fish that close to the marine patrol dock I’ve seen this several times over the years so I think that they should get new signs up to deal with this
The regulations are out of control. The fish cops have become jerks. It’s really about ending fishing. There were studies done back in the eighties that found that increasing regulation reduced participation. It was focused on hunting initially but it’s been turned towards fishermen in the last twenty years. It’s about the ultra rich not having to share with the peasants.
Funny you make that point, I have a similar experience but in a different way. I surf fish and the beaches where I live aren’t great, however the AMAZING beaches I mean the ideal beaches are ALL not accessible unless you have a boat, and then you just have to deal with what Brad is dealing with here. It’s insane dude. All of them are like that, private neighborhoods with terd security guards, not letting anyone who isn’t super wealthy access these beaches. Only to be wasted by not getting to be fished lol
That's not even the game warden out there State Troopers are a bunch of pricks! Nothing better to do than harrass law abiding folks. That badge gives them that power trip & just can't help themselves! Impaired drivers killing innocent families on the highways but they're down there writing tickets for fishing 1 pilon over too far and missing 2 letters smh 🤦♂️
State Police do patrol the waterways. It doesn't have to be only the game Warden to give you a ticket or pull you over. Just like your car if you're not legal you're not legal. They were well within their rights to check him.
Interesting, I got pulled over by the alabama wild life interesting I had my grandkids in the boat.. gave them my information. The idiot told me I didn't have an al on my registration, so I looked at him and said ahhh no shit it's registered in Fla.. not Alabama .. so your telling me I can't drive my boat in Alabama waters really you need to show me that law.. they left.
Wondering if you have to declare that you have the camera on and what they say can be used against them in their own court of law. They usually go easy on me when I called their bluff. I know they just doing their job but fir some reason, when they show up n leave, I tend to call it a day right after. They ruin the fun.
Tbh it's not hard to Google someone's name and come up with an address, and I'd say 95% of subscribers know his actual name. Unless the property is bought by an LLC or a company of some sort, heck even if he's renting...you can find it through voter records. It's a very public world we live in
