Bro whatever who told you the rice should do your purpose , its not this is crazy . The thing you need first to do is to open the device and clean all the board using alcohol. Then you can test and measure any problem.

I have j7 core too the problem is it keep on lagging then it will power off on its own. I tried to change the battery but still it keeps on lagging and powering off. Also I research some possible problems on my phone it shows maybe it is the storage but the storage has a lot of space it still happen. My question is it water damaged?

The LCD Screen or the Motherboard?

Dude they are lying its not board issue i mean it is kinda but it can be easily fixed by just rubbing some rubbing alcohol on the whole motherboard. I got my phone water damaged too and when i went to a repair shop they were like "its gonna cost you alot" and shit like that.. i just fixed it at home without wasting any money lmao.
