I am always up for the Paige travel experience. Btw I'm also completing the 50 state visit goal. And I'm at 43 states completed with only 7 more to go. Hope to complete them in 2024. You know what's interesting? There is a BIG difference between American vs UK restaurant portions. Those meals at the New Mexico restaurant looked like enough for two people. Maybe I need to move to Europe to lose this last ten pounds?
