    INGREDIENTS :-
    Step No 1:-
    Dry Spices
    wheat flour 160g
    Gram flour 160g
    Salt 1tsp
    Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    Red chili flackes 1tbs
    Dry methi 1/2 tsp
    Coriander crush 2 tbs
    Zeera 1 tbs
    (coriander and zeera roast
    Before crush)
    Onion seeds 1 pinch
    Step No 2 :-
    Green Spices
    Onion 1 thin slices
    Green coriander 1/² bunchn
    Gree chili 4+2 red chili crush
    Cooking oil 1tbs
    All spices mix together in dry flour then kneed with normal tap water and rest for 1/2 hour
