@@CamMarz It's great to see some younger owners appreciate the Corvette. It was my son who actually sold me on the car. I'm glad I purchased a stick. Looking at some of the prices now of the newer cars I don't think it's good for the hobby.
I sold my 012grand sport and bought a 07 C6Z06 Top end of grand sport is flat compared to zo6 LS7 pulls and hammers hard 148 end of 4th gear arrives unexpectedly and surprises me how fast z06 is On my grand sport i had to stare at the speedo waiting for the lousy 148 I will Never want another GS frame in GS is flexible enough to be annoying Zo6 is solid like a rock Not to mention the zo6 SOUND like a NASA car I am not bragging You need to drive a z06 You will see
I do need to drive a Z06, the extra displacement helps I imagine. Gearing in 4th is also long, so imagine that's what your referring to. Bought a GS for boost though, cause the LS7 can't handle as much!
@@CamMarz In actuality steel frame on the grand sport is easier to reinforce than the aluminium frame of z06 You have made a good choice C6Z06 is just undeniably raw out of the box Enjoy and be safe
I've got a 2012 Centennial, These GS's are great cars. A Lot of fun. Worthy of some bolt on's. Drive it like you stole it
Definitely! Car now has an intake and headers and it runs awesome. Thinking of throwing a cam in it soon too!
@@CamMarz Let me know if you do the CAM. I am at the same point. You think CAM over doing a Blower?
@@gregoryziemba1720 I'll probably do both eventually actually, makes sense to do the cam first though. Vettes just need to chop!
I'm 63 and just purchased a 2010 GS stick shift convertible. What a ride !
Congrats! And enjoy it!

Love the C6 GRANDSPORT!! As an Owner I must say Nice Car dude !
Haha thanks man!
Those NPP exhaust sound good when you open the valve
haha yep, pulled the fuse so they stay open!
Beautiful car I’m a huge mustang and corvette fan you have good taste
Thank you!
First time I've ever seen rain in Arizona
Rained on the day I bought it too lol
I wish I got the stick shift! The automatic makes me sleepy 😂
Love the car dude. Big step up from the mustang. What exhaust are you going to get?
It's got the factory NPP, and I have to say I really like the sound of it! So we'll probably keep that axle back and full send it on long tubes!
@@CamMarz that’s what’s up, I’ll have to hear it in person, or just make a flyby clip!!
Any plans for track days/HPDE in the future?
I haven't scheduled anything, but it definitely needs to see the track! I really want to learn how to drive this thing properly fast on a track!

😎🔥💯👍🏾
Lol at the New Balance’s
Spent 70 bucks just for the memes 😂
What year is this car? Pretty sure it's a 2012 but would b nice if you told us.
13!
Nice channel but the Grand Sport is not more track focused than the Z06.
Agree, but as close as you can get to a Z06. A Z06 is a little lighter and has a fixed top so it is more of a track car
