I have lived in my car from time to time and have noticed most of the world is preoccupied they never pay atttention 2u....In a wal mart parking lot no one even pays attention... when i wake up i get out and walk in into wal mart like a boss and get choclate milk !!!!!!
I’m forced to live life alone. I’m vacating my apartment end of September. Going to buy a cargo trailer probably a 6x10 and convert to a camper. Really just need to install a window for fresh air, getting my buddy heaters for the winter, and eventually install a window ac unit with solar panels. Lots of campgrounds here, blm land and truck stops
Couldn't sleep. Stumbled onto your channel. Binge watched a bunch of your videos. I love that you are truthful about life on the road. I wish I had the nerve to try it! I don't know if I have enough patience and tolerance but you have shown me to just keep trying new things. I will seriously consider jumping in my truck and just going. Life is short! If you tint out the windows darker it helps in many ways. Those light reflector panels are not easy to notice at all if your windows are dark. It also helps keep the prying eyes out when the shades are not in place.
Cracker Barrels are the best, we love them.... Wally-worlds are always a wild time, lots of noise, cars driving in and out all hours, people yelling, talking, listening to music, always an adventure!!
I live near Mount Rainier. I see cars from different states, with their camping gear, pass by my house on their way to the mountain (or mountains) 24/7/265. You'd love this place.

I was at Starved Rock mid-July. If you make it further north, Pictured Rock National Lakeshore is really beautiful. Also, check out Indiana Dunes National Park. You can sleep overnight in the parking lot of the visitor center. And if you have a National Park pass, you can go to the campground and use their shower. But, there is a Planet Fitness several miles away as well if you're a member.
I did RV camping for 6 years and Wal Mart is acceptable, but a last resort. Too many kids and hooligans hanging out late at night, they are loud and don't feel safe. Rest stops might have big truck noise, but at least I feel safe. We had a white noise machine in our camper for travel days. Bug spray on the window screens, genius!!! Thanks for the tip.

It's nice that you include your mistakes and how you work through them. It makes you more relatable. My only suggestion would be to say or do something to indicate the end of a video. It doesn't have to be much. The videos seem to just stop. Which I guess is one way to keep people wanting more, because I definitely do. Again, I enjoy what you have done. Just found your channel, I have a new RAV4 for 4 months. I live in southeast MICHIGAN. I have more deer and turkeys in my yard then Up North relatives ! I've camp a lot years ago Up North. Only only time it was buggy. I was in Copper Harbor ( far northeast ) mosquitoes can in pop-up at 4 AM. When to St. Saint Marie bug free. This was in July years ago. I have relatives are Newberry. Hope you had some better days here. Come back you miss some Great places to visit.. 🇫🇮🇺🇸

Have yet to explore the upper peninsula area. The only thing I have pin down on my map that’s close by is the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Which I heard it’s super gorgeous. There used to be a Walmart open 24/7 near where I lived. Then c0vid happened and only open till 11pm. Walmart doesn’t have the man power to track who is in the parking lot for the most part..
Zipper lubricant ! Oh no. It sure does look like lip balm though. I have never in my life seen only a couple cars at a Wal lot. They have a nationwide policy that you are allowed to do that. Wow, unheard of. It's a last resort for me but did just stay at one a month ago in Cortez, Col that was quite nice yet loaded with all kinds of vehicles. That one had a designated area for all the overnighters. Have a 'Pasty' for me. Pronounced 'Pastee'. Lol

Another great video. This works for me: I drink more water if my hands are dry. If my lips feel dry, I drink more water. If one applies lotions and creams to their body, it does not solve the root issue, the lack of bodily moisture. The general solution is to drink more water. I know that this sounds simple, and it is simple. My lips and hands are not dry, and my feet feel like a baby's butt, and I am over 70 years old. Drinking more water one day does not do it. Drinking consistently more water for the rest of your life does.

It’s been extremely eye opening in soooo many ways of life that I just never knew until I started this journey. Hi Elisa, there is bunch of apps for finding free camping also if you want to stay on WM parking lot, go ask the manager or come there after the store is closed. I see you are on Upper Peninsula, if you still there and maybe going west, follow the Lake Superior, it is beautiful there. If you can visit Isle Royal National Park and Copper Harbor. You will love it.
I stealth camp every day (night) in my VW Golf Hatch. Luckily when I purchased the car, I got window tinting to the darkest legal, and it has been awesome. From near sunset to sunrise, my car interior is so dark, I don't think that even the Police can see me 😂 Always put keys in a certain spot, power banks to charge phone and other USB devices, cover your things with a towel or jacket etc and nobody knows what you have under there ❤

I admire you for your adventurous trip while still be in civilization. I did the unserious form of van life during my vacation in the North- West by sleeping in a decent hotel including shower every other day. Do you plan to explore the whole USA this way, which lets us hope for many more videos. I wish you all the luck there is personally and a stable car without unwanted visitors at night, insects or mammals. I keep my my fingers crossed.
Well your poop was goose poop. We have a lot of geese in Michigan. Especially by the water. They poop everywhere. I was in the Walmart on Monday. Stopped to grab a couple things. Headed to the U.P. for a few days. Pictured rock is a nice area.

Walmart doesn't mind you overnight parking here in Canada. Don't know about USA, but think it would be the same in USA. Just don't park in the high traffic area near the doors.

I have a 40' Class A motorhome. I tried stealth camping at a Walmart in Florida and had a Tow Truck Driver knocking on my door to leave.
