    I ordered the Select Pro today, and when I watched reviews about it I was happy at first then I discovered that I was watching reviews about the Boom the whole time, silly me. But it doesn't seem that the Boom is much better to me, so I'm okay with it. Thanks for the reviews.

    I ended up buying the Select Pro last week. Very happy with it so far. Just using it around the fire pit in the backyard, not starting any raves or anything. lol I did set up a custom EQ to take the mud out of the sound and give it more top-end clarity.

      I do like the Select Pro, the lights are so pretty and I know that’s superficial 😂... but hey they do sound good too. It’s just a pity they couldn’t have the same drivers and battery as the Motion Boom! 👸🏼👍🏻

    Just found out that the sound core select pro can be paired to the sound core flare2 so you can use 1 sound core select pro and 2 sound core flare 2s at the same time

    Can you pair the motion boom with pro? Or not?

    My motion boom was stolen last week. On Amazon the boom goes for $99, while the select pro goes for as low as 57. So I'm gunning for the select pro. I hope the phone eq app can compensate for the difference in high frequencies. I wasn't too fond of the sharp sounding tweeters of the boom, but from your video they do appear to sound a bit better.

    When you measure decibel level, you put the measuring device exactly 12 inches away from the speaker, directly in front of the speakers. I think that's the standard that's supposed to be used.

    • @ProDigit80
      @ProDigit80 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, shes doing it correctly (almost). The industry standard is measured in dB @ 1 meter or 3ft, not 9.

    Hi! I really liked how the select pro looks because of its lights. I think that was something de motion boom was missing. But for a better and louder sound do you recommend the motion boom?

    • @snowqueenstech228
      @snowqueenstech228  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, I’m the same like the look of the lights. But the sound is clearer from the Motion Boom and if you can get 2 in TWS it’s really really good. I would say the Motion Boom is great value and the app allows you to tailor the sound too, so yes I’d definitely recommend it. 👸🏼👍🏻

      Hi if you just have one speaker the Select Pro is good and has the lights, which are fun. The Motion Boom is slightly clearer and has TWS if you have two. Both are great speakers though! 👍🏻👸🏼

    • @drmojo5439

      I was really hoping for the same - I love my Select Pro so much, I was hoping to expand the collection for parties, listening to audiobooks as I clean from room to room in my home and to enjoy the occasional all-encompassing immersion in loud music just for the hell of it. I noticed above that someone left a comment stating that the Select Pro will, however, pair up with two Soundcore Flare 2 speakers via Bluetooth simultaneously. I have never witnessed this, but I'm going to do some research on (first of all, of course) whether it's true, as well as the performance specs, price and capabilities of the Flare 2. I hope the combination of speakers lives up to my hopes, because I've always wanted multiple, compatible Bluetooth speakers that are capable of connecting as a group.

    And motion boom is for bass
    Overall if you want both bass and sound quality you can go for select pro
