Great video. How much does it cost to create family investment company or convert it from existing Ltd?

      Hi there,
Relatively little to create a NewCo, converting an existing Co will depend on its history to date - losses, liabilities, current value etc.
If you'd like assistance with this, please do feel free to contact me via email jlangton@ctatax.uk.com and I can offer a free-obligation conversation with one of our tax advisers.
      Regards,
      James

Two questions I have: what happens on death of the directors (parents) in terms of ending or continuing the company?
Are there any circumstances that allow the directors to receive rental income whilst either gifting or assigning a loan?
