20% of the time i feel a vicarious sense of satisfaction of watching this guy repair or upgrade something. 80% of the time i feel relieved i drive a brand new car.
Change the O2 sensor while you are there buddy ...on my 986 it took me an age to get it out and i crossed the threads...had to weld a new nut on in the end a proper proper headache,,,anyway good luck
I used simple stainless steel bolts and nuts to replace the originals. Poor design by Porsche in the first place! Great video as always, great to watch and learn.
I loved learning how heating up the bolts worked but I felt that there was a little too much detail (one was fine) but I understand -Easter. As I fully intend on buying a Boxster sometime in the near future, I felt the content on the IMS could have used a little more focus on the process. I love the content - thank you 😊
I think this car was a demonstrator. 54 plate are the first 987 cars, the options are all very rare for a base car: 6 speed gearbox, PASM suspension, sport design steering wheel, sport chrono with sport button, lobster claw wheels.
sir can i ask if i want to have a perfomance upgrade in porsche 986, i saw 5 things about perfomance boost of porsche in your channel a long time ago, do it work with the boxster s or just the base boxster?
There is no video too small about this. Keep it up! I love these videos, not too cinematic, long, etc. Straight and true.
Cheers mate!

Thanks as always Paul.

Good to hear!
Love to hear your thoughts on performance discs/ pads.
Every time I see you’ve posted a video with more work, I feel increasing guilt that my Boxster doesn’t get any love 😂
Oh dear. What Boxster do you have?

Could be i guess
Not a bad thing, its a great car, maybe you can research and find out from a main dealer?
The good old "it can't be tight if it's a liquid" approach...
Have a garage catch up video with Gary - Car Focused.
Nice idea. Gary is super busy but will try||!
I keep trying to get over to Neil but things keep getting in the way 😂🤦🏼♂️

Why not own an 987.2 or 981 instead?
