Yeah I like that Ainz forgive her right away,she still blames herself but he says that its not her fault but for her receiving a punishment is very important to forgive herself and even so she cannot let it go.
In a deleted scene from Season 1 that was mentioned in the LN, Sebas even talks about his concerns about her going into her blood frenzied state. She pretty much dismisses the idea and does it anyways so I do think she's a bit at fault for that.

You have to realise that there are only 200 world items and around 50 world items known and we only know of one of them can mind control so the chances that ainz could think about that is so low he couldn't have predicted it

She stupidly let's someone escape from the group of heroes, that came to deal with the bendits. She then goes overboard trying to correct her mistake. On top of that she's already in a Bloodlust mode, which everyone knows that she shouldn't do if on a mission.
Its been stated that it's better to let one of the guardians die than lose a world class item.
Mistakes on both sides, but, more on her.
I also think ainz was at fault for even trusting her, he needed to send her out with someone without an ability like , so that person can stop her from doing absurd things. And the world item problem was the worst part, since ainz knew how powerful they are, but didn't considered others having them too.
They're lucky is was just downfall of castle and country(not that DCC isn't dangerous)

No, she wasn't. Ainz was right when he blamed himself for not considering if there was World Class magic, especially since he found out that there was magic from Yggdrasil in this world. If Ainz did take that into account then he would've ordered her not to engage in pointless battles and to prioritize her safety and concealment.
Ainz was at fault, but at the same time he couldn't be expected to make any precautions to prevent it. World class items are rare, there's like, about 200 or so of them, and not all are known widely. Also, they're usually so powerful, it pretty much WAS a waste to use it there. It was objectively bad move, for multiple reasons.
So although technically it's Ainz's fault, I wouldn't even call it a fault. It was pretty much a random event.
I dont really think it's a mistake on Eins' part. You dont know what you dont know. He would have to give everyone who leaves Nazerick the one world-class item that nullifies this kind of control every time. Shaltear is the strongest of all the floor guardians. He had no reason to believe this was a possible result. He himself had, presumably, left the tomb without it.

She has a world class Item. That's why PDL lost and ran away. Also why she was in her battle gear. The Lance is her world class Item. So world class Items can't always stop other world class Items. They may be able to undo the damage. But just having a world class Item equipped does not stop the attack. Now just having a world class Item equipped does break wild magic. Because a world class Item is what brought tear magic into the new world and destroyed wild magic to a point. Interesting point is they messed up in the anime by animating her in her dress but holding her Lance. But in the Japanese only movie that was a bonus did it right. And shows her just standing there in her full gear waiting for Ain's to start the fight. After PDL attacked her she used her world class Item and pulled out the Lance and PDL ran away as fast as he could lol
The Lance is her Divine Item, those items are below World Class Items.
@@ducanhdinh8823 maybe It's been awhile since I read through all the light novels. I pretty sure I read different than what you said. But I could have gotten mixed up. I kind of binge read these LNs. But the bad thing about doing so is you sometimes miss information because you get tired. Even though you love the story so much you can't stop reading lol and after a year of of nothing to do with Overlord my memory is rusty 😅 that's the same thing about waiting for the next book to come out. I see all hell breaking lose in the next volume. Anyway won't argue with you about her Lance. Because it's possible I was wrong. PDL still ran away 😆 take care

Classic "F ck around and Find out" She ran at them with no plan whatsoever except kill everything, And found out that they was ready for her. Pure Arrogance.
I feel ainz has a split personality and he took control of her as for why idk.
