sanalmuhendiscom The proposed building is of only two stories (Ground floor +First floor) measuring 30Ft by 14Ft.... consisting of 3 shops measuring 10 Ft by 14 Ft......... So longer span of building is 30Ft facing road (parallel to it ) while the shorter span is 14Ft perpendicular to the road

Column Rebars at Ground floor should be extended up to 50x diameter ( fr top of Grade Beam) as lapping..

Nice video. You don't need to put an "s" on the end of "reinforcement[]". Also, "ground beams" are typically called "grade beams".
Too many errors that can be misleading to beginners especially on rebar work. Besides that, thank you for the lesson
