Hi Phil, hope you're well. Thanks for leaving the kind comment buddy. Yes, if you mange to get to Norfolk/Suffolk there are lovely seaside towns to visit and some gorgeous places to go for a walk and take a picture or two. We hope you manage to get there and have an adventure. See you on the road soon, all the best. T&C.
Another awesome vid guys, just what was needed to end the weekend, something good to watch 👌 keep them coming you too, and see you on the road soon, and claire it's got to be beer all the way 😉🍺🍺🍺
Thanks Andy, Claire is sitting here next to me and reckons that we both have it wrong when it comes to the Gin debate! Never mind, I'm lucky that I've a wife who likes cars, campers, photography and going for a wee in a field; you can't have it all I suppose lol! See you on the road soon buddy, thanks for watching and for leaving the kind comment. Take care T&C. 👍🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
Hi Kevin. Many thanks for watching and for leaving the comment. Yes definitely, if you are ever in the area visit the museum, it's a great little private collection. The amount of memorabilia is astounding. All the best, T&C.
Hi this is Alex & Letty from San Diego CA. We really love your video's and photography techniques. I have to say that you guys, along with other youtubers have really inspired us to do our own built. When will be seen your video's again? Hope you guys doing ok with the pandemic around the world. Best wishes !!
Hey Alex & Letty, sorry for the late reply! Many thanks for the comment and for watching, we both truly appreciate your support. It's especially nice to have you along for the ride from sunny USA, amazing! For myself and Claire, the whole van thing has been a brilliant adventure; from buying an old builder's van, turning it into our little home on wheels to all the adventures we've been having...... For something so simple it has honestly been life changing and I hope you do it for yourselves, you will never regret it! We're amongst COVID as you guys are at the moment, so we'll have to 'ride the storm' and wait for things to settle down before hitting the road again. In the meantime, we both wish you well and thank you again. See you on the road soon! Tony & Claire. X
Hi you two , just spent the last few days go over all your Scandinavian vlogs . Nobody is doing anything at the moment because of the lock down so just going back over a few of yours . Hope you are both well and not affected too much by what's going on . Soon all be back on the road , stay safe , take care , look forward to your adventures in the future .
Hi Ken, just seen this so sorry for the late reply. Yep, it's gone very quiet and it's such a shame as we had big plans for the summer, however it's better to be safe than sorry and we're all doing our bit by staying off the roads. We are doing OK but are eager to get back to normal as is the rest of the world. We'll be back better and stronger and can't wait to eat up more miles on the road. As for the Scandinavian adventure, it seems like a lifetime ago; thanks for watching! I hope everything is OK your end and that you have not been effected too much by COVID. Hopefully we'll all get through it and back to normal again. Take care buddy, catch you soon👍
@@adventurevanfreddie nice to here from you Tony , we are now seriously looking for a van , and hopefully the lockdown and consequent easing back in to normal life will give us time to get sorted . Hope to be back down to Spain for the winter . Had to close our Airbnb for the time being but at least it gave us a profitable year . You two look after yourselves , take care .
Another fantastic adventure! I love your photo montages at the end of your videos, wraps up exactly why you were out in the first place. See you on the road soon!! ✌👽👍
Nice trip out. Few years ago we had a day out at Southwold and met the Hairy Bikers who were filming at the pier. It was pouring down at the time and the film crew had taken over a couple of beach huts for shelter and programme prep. Lovely guys. The Flixton Buck used to be owned by Alan Breeze who was a BBC radio singer back in the day and he started the aviation collection. Love the still shots. Off to Ingleton Feb 14th for a few days hoping for some snow scenes. All the best.
Wow David, a man of knowledge! I should have you narrate over the videos lol. Very informative, thank you. Sounds like you're about to have an epic adventure yourself, I'll be sure to keep an eye out on FB for some of your shots. Have a great trip, stay safe and many thanks for the comment buddy.
Hi there fellow 'vanners'!! Many thanks for watching and for leaving the kind comment. Good to hear that you are hitting the road and starting to explore. We both wish you safe and happy travels. Maybe 'see you on the road soon'....in person! All the very best, T&C.
Great video loved the photos at the end of the vid thanks to you both for sharing your adventures with us can’t wait to see the next one safe travels Rob from Kent x
Hi Rob, truly appreciate your comments my friend. We know photography isn't everyone's 'cup of tea,' but like I say in the video, it's a great excuse for us to get out and about in the camper. Thanks again for the lovely comments, they're very much appreciated buddy.
Osty 300 thanks for your reply tony as I said the video are great and informative but don’t stop the still shots they are top notch I appreciate the time and patience to achieve the shots I follow several van life channel’s but find your channel very relaxing and enjoyable to watch after a hard day’s work I am not a photographer by any means just got a point and shoot camera but as they say a picture says a thousand words thanks for your time sir happy travels Rob from Kent
Hi Malkie, thanks for the comment buddy. I bet working on the hop farm was interesting and 'set you up' for a refreshing beer after a hard day's work, very nice!!
Another cracking video 👍, my mate at work loves it down Southwold, lovely little place by the looks of it , nice little find on the aviation museum didn't know that was there , keep them coming great job 👍
Hi Chris, yes Southwold is a stunning little seaside town and well worth a bimble. It can get really busy in the summer months but still remains a quaint little gem. The aviation museum was a fantastic find, made more spectacular as it wasn't officially open. That's the beauty of camper lifestyle, 'explore and you will find'!! All the best bud, take care. 🍻
When are you planning to go on your next trip, look forward to seeing it ,we’ve had a fortnight in our static at East Runton next week hoping to do some wilding in our T6
Hi Denise. So sorry for the late reply, for some reason, the comment notification didn't show. We're not going to be going away until late September due to work. However, we've both missed it terribly and can't wait to hit the road again. East Runton, wow, how did you get on wild camping. We found it quite difficult around Cromer to find a spot other than staying on a trading estate? I hope you enjoyed your T6 adventure, its a great escape from the normal routine! Many thanks for watching and for leaving the kind comment. Take care and I hope you have safe travels, Tony.
Hi Steven, many thanks for watching and for leaving the kind comment. Ironically, we're wrapping up our latest adventure and we will be hopefully putting out a video later this evening or tomorrow. Thanks again, your support is very much appreciated!
Hi Steve, hope you are well!! If you are travelling toward Cromer, probably a good place to stay is in Thetford Forrest. Take the A134 from the A11 toward Mundford. At Lynford, turn right and follow towards the hamlet called West Tofts. Follow the road for around 1/4 mile and turn right again. Within the 1st 400 meters there are a couple of cottages and then nothing. The road eventually leads to an old Military training ground I'm very familiar with ; ) and is rarely used. The road itself is public and very quiet with places that you can pull over and set up for the night. You can't go wrong because there are gates preventing you going into the training area so don't let this put you off. As you head down the road there a few places on your left, however there is a cracking spot on your right just off the road, you won't miss it and you'll have a very peaceful night (about a mile if I remember correctly!?!?. Take care buddy and all the best, Tony.
What a great video. Thanks so much for sharing. I live close to Newmarket and often travel to Norfolk to wild camp for a night so glad to see I am not the only one. Today I tried to find the spot you mentioned in Thetford, I cannot see the road you mention on google maps only a fire road that appears blocked. Do you think it may have been closed? Also did you camp in the lay by at Covehithe?
Hi Gareth. Yep, we're still here buddy, just keeping our 'heads down' for a little longer but we'll be back soon. Thanks for sticking around during these horrible COVID times; I hope you're ok; we'll see youon the road soon. All the best, Tony.
Hi James and Kristina, hope you're both well; keep the vlogs coming, they're keeping us entertained! Love the last one with the outside arena/amphitheatre. We are looking to get back to travelling soon, maybe towards the end of September. Probably just going over to France and maybe Spain depending on the weather, trying to catch the last of the sun. How about you? Hope you're both well and no more public kissing lol. All the very best, Tony.
Hi Steve, yep we'll be back on the road real soon and over the winter. As soon as I finish my latest work assignment, we'll be out and about as much as possible. As for the graphics, much like our old van, I done them myself. I bought some vinyl and cut it to fit the panels. Many thanks for sticking around over the past months, we just wanted to make sure that we weren't putting ourselves or anyone else at risk with the transmission of COVID. Many thanks for your continued support and all the best, Tony.
Hi Denise, hope you're well! Yep, we still have the van and are currently planning our next adventure. Like most, we have endured the 'lock-down' and stayed off the roads, however as things are forever changing at the moment, we think we are going to make a run for it to the deepest, quietest part of France for some wild camping. Hopefully we will be on the road sooner rather than later! Many thanks for asking and for sticking around. We'll be back! All the best, Tony.
Another great one Tony .
Thanks Ken, very much appreciated as usual and thanks for watching.
