I can honestly say I've never watched an episode of game of thrones and probably never will but that wouldn't stop me from getting excited at being in a location where it was filmed . Watching this vlog from a mountain top in Wales and the vlog was great especially watching from the great location that we're in . Enjoyed it lovelies , take care .

Hi there Geoff, we hope you've had a good week buddy. Absolutely, the North coast of Spain is fantastic and a complete contrast to the east and south coasts, very scenic and beautiful. Glad you liked the Dragonstone location, what an amazing landscape and it's definitely worth a visit, although the sloping footpath down to the steps is incredibly steep.

You were right T&C, the vlog is a good 'un. Loved the view of San Juan (Dragonstone) steps. Spookily, we were in Dubrovnik last autumn and walked up a steep set I steps in the amazing port which also featured on Game of Thrones. That's what my son and his hoochie reliably informed me anyway for have never seen it😂.
Interesting info on the Polariser on your lense.
I bought one 2 weeks ago and agter a few snaps with it, habent seen much of a difference but to be fair, it wasnt a serious attempt to test it. Need sea/lake and bright sunshine. Can dismiss the latter as we haven't seen much of the big warm shiny thing innthe sky in months here in UK!
Hi there buddy. Yes, it's amazing that with all the CGI available, that film makers still find some wonderful locations to include, amazing. Game of Thrones is definitely worth watching, an amazing series that keeps getting better the longer you watch it👍.
As for the polariser, keep comparing a shot with it fitted and without, the difference will soon become evident. Even when you rotate the filter on your lens whilst looking through the viewfinder, you should see the difference. Yep, hopefully you'll get the big yellow thing soon🌞, what a crap year it's been so far.

Hello Tony Claire and of course Ian. What a beautiful location that was, never watched game of thrones myself but where you were was totally amazing and a photographer’s dream I’m sure 👌. Your weather looked lovely although it was obviously colder. Good that you didn’t have any rain though. I’m hoping that we will get a bit of nice dry warm weather so I can get out walking more before I get my second hip surgery although no word yet unfortunately 🤔but I do appreciate that there are still a lot of people waiting to get this surgery done 👌. Yes, kind weather once again, although up in the mountains it was a tad cooler. Good morning T&C. I have a quick question about your Ridgemonkey grill thingummy. Is yours a toastie maker and you happen to use it to pretty much cook/fry anything in it? Trying to order one but can only find Ridgemonkey Sandwich Toastie makers
Hi there buddy, sorry for the late reply. Yep, ours is a medium sized toastie maker. There's plenty of other makes out there, just Google 'double sided frying pan'. Don't get the smallest one or you'll be limiting it's usefulness. We now use a big one at home to stop the fat spitting everywhere. Our van one measures 22x18cm.👍
