L exposes Light

- L and Light are enjoying a nice meal at a café, not a care in the world. Though all is not as friendly as it seems when L poses a certain question to Light that locks the 2 in an intense mental battle. Will Light be able to prevail, or does L finally have him cornered.
This video was written purely because I LOVE writing dramatic dialogues for characters, yet having the content of said dialogues be ridiculous. Personal favorite pastime of mine. And what franchise better for dramatic monologues than Death Note? The quintessential “Here’s everything that’s happening” anime.
Huge thanks to Da Dude for once again featuring in a prominent role in one of my videos. He’s been here since the start a little over a month ago, and I’m very glad he’s continued to work with me.
Another big thanks goes to a new member of cult-GROUP of VA’s, Ennos Vex. He’s a fellow content creator like me, who makes similar stuff to mine. And astounding VA all around, and the person I consider to be my content creator rival. Our battle is legendary! (even if he’s still winning by at least 400 subscribers). But we’re both small time creators trying to grow, so I’d go and check him out.
Wanna voice act in my stuff?

All these Death Note skits are Gold
I like how he straight up says his kira afterwards and offers help but L still doesn't pick up on it
He never admitted he was Kira until L said Kira says what
@@CluelessCarter"well if you ever need help on coming up with any other scenarios to question kira with" he doesn't say light which is the one L questions he says kira implying kira is light
Why would L want to question light? He wants to question kira not light. That's why light said "to question kira". He is correct for saying kira. And also Light was implying for L to ask him questions if he wants to test his questions on light first before asking kira. Which is smart because light will be prepared for any questions that L has, since he is kira, which L does not know at this time.@@rizzwan-42069
@@CluelessCarter why would he want to question light you say. well the thing is he does question light. and you kinda tripped bc if he wants to question kira who would need to know who kira is.
when light says "any other scenarios to question kira with" he isn't saying he knows who kirais , he isn't saying he is kira, he isn't saying L knows who kira is either. He only means for L to come to him to test his questions on him before asking whoever the person L thinks kira is. Light words it like that to show he isn't the person L wants to question, it's kira. @@rizzwan-42069
Light got tricked by the oldest trick in the book
If a woodchuck could chuck wood then a woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck would chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.
Ah yes. The comment I was looking for.

If a woodchuck could chuck wood then yes,
"A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck WOULD chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood."
Although this is precisely how much wood a woodchuck would chuck, many people would say this is an invalid answer because the circular reasoning.
Thus you could instead say,
"A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck WANTS TO chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood."
But then we run into the edge case of if the woodchuck actually wants to chuck more wood than it is physically capable of.
To take that into account we could say,
"A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck IS WILLING AND ABLE TO chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood."
Although that ruins the flow and is less of a tongue twister, thus some could still say it is invalid as an answer to this riddle.
As a conclusion I would say,
"A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck couldn't chuck more wood than a woodchuck wants, but if the woodchuck wants less wood, the woodchuck would chuck just as much wood as a woodchuck wants to chuck, thus that is the wood that a woodchuck would chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood."
Added a bit on the end there for fun but it is long, convoluted, more fun, keeps at least some aspect of flow through the whole thing, still keeps the same if not more tongue twister quality, and is exactly how much wood a woodchuck would chuck.

Alternate ending: Light says “Huh?”
Honestly, I thought it was going to go something like this:
How much wood a woodchuck chucks if a woodchuck could chuck wood is merely a metaphor for how many people a person could kill if a person could kill people.
If Light answered that the woodchuck could chuck as many wood as he wanted, Light wouldn't be Kira since Kira would understand the implications of killing everyone he possibly could. However, the second Kira appeared to be that rash and may have answered that so therefore Light would be the second Kira.
If Light answered that the woodchuck could chuck as much wood as is necessary to build a dam, then Light is thinking of the potential greater good. From what it appears, Kira is an altruistic type who kills for the "greater good", chalking Light down to Kira.
If Light said that the woodchuck would chuck 0 wood even though it can chuck wood, Light is essentially saying that the woodchuck is actively choosing to defy its own nature. Why would Light say such a thing? Well, of course, something external may convince the woodchuck to not chuck wood. This is similar as to how Kira may possibly manipulate his victims to do things out of the ordinary since they are being manipulated by Kira to do so. If Light is aware of this, he must be Kira.
Finally, if Light chooses to say that anything is possible and that the woodchuck could chuck any amount of wood, this is merely a concession since he knows all other options are futile and Light once more is found guilty as Kira.
However Light has heard of this riddle in Primary School and responds with the actual ending of the rhyme.
A woodchuck would chuck all the wood it could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.

-To catch the guy who kills criminals!
-And what we will do when we catch him?
-Kill him!
Pure logic here. Also, what is a woodchuck? Is it like a beaver?
Basically yeah
It's actually a groundhog. It doesn't build dams but rather lives in holes in the ground. The "woodchuck" name is misleading as it does not, in fact, chuck wood.

A wood chuck would chuck as much wood as a wood chuck could chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood.
Which is wrong because how much they would chuck is not equivalent to how much they could chuck because there is no reason a woodchuck would chuck all the wood that they could possibly chuck, this is because that is a waste of their limited time and energy.
It would be more precise to say that,

Light:
(Calculates based on average woodchuck)
"A woodchuck could chuck 46 pieces of would per day."
This is actually more wrong then it may first appear, first this is not even answering the right question, cause it asks "would chuck" and not "could chuck". Also, he just assumes the arbitrary woodchuck we choose is an average woodchuck, which is a baseless accusation cause in the riddle it just says "a woodchuck" not "an average woodchuck". Although if he instead calculated bounds on what any given woodchuck would possibly chuck given their survival instincts with how much wood chucking affects survival chances, and the possible limits to their physical capabilities, then and only then, I would consider an answer given as a range of logs per day dependent on the given arbitrary woodchuck.
Does anyone see any flaws in my logic or mixed-up words? That took too long, and I caught myself accidentally typing "wouldchuck" a couple of times. 🤣

Why didn't use Light here biology?
He could just have answered the question with a detailed biological-physical explanation.
Like, that he first ask how old the woodchucker would be and if it is a he or a she.
