Same, I agree. Venmo is wayyy too restrictive, and these days you can even invest in Bitcoin and stuff with cash app. Cash App is, at this point in time (Jan. 21, 2024) hands down the winner. Venmo is soo unintuitive. You need a degree to figure it out.
You absolutely crushed it with the video, short, crisp full of information everything important detail packaged in 5minutes! Awesome, a new subscriber here
@@alexgarcia3900 Sorry, I must of not of gotten a notification about your post. This is a very valid question & this response is way overdue. I'll give you a 👍. The reason I don't trust PayPal is because they where threatening to fine there customers $2,500 for saying things they don't like. PayPal is supposed to be a money service, not the speech police. Fortunately, PayPal backtracked on the fining people over there speech idea after they lost a good chuck of there customers (like myself) but the fact they even tried to make this a policy broke my trust. Again sorry for the late response.
Cashapp sucks. If you transfer even small amounts of money to many times they will close your account for doing something against the terms of service and not tell you what you did.
@@edmondnkwain9754 No I know a lot of people that has had their accounts closed and given NO reason other than violating terms of service. One woman was KYC had her account closed fro what we think is some one sent her money P2P and put TRUMP FORCE ONE on it as a joke. The next day her account was closed. Cashapp is garbage now. I won't do business with them.
Start the video with what the payer and payee need to make each service work. Do both the sender and receiver need the app? I want to use something so the audience at a musical performance can tip from a QR code. What app accepts payments without the tipper needing the app? ('Cause they sure as heck won't be downloading apps in order to contribute, and if I have six QR codes their brains will melt.) What are the fees from each service in this situation?
Cash App only allows one debit card and one bank account at a time. Venmo lets you add many. Venmo is definitely the easier option if you want to use multiple banks.
I agree that Cash App sucks! I constantly won't let me send money to my child. It keeps telling me 'The recipient's account is unable to accept payments'. But when you call customer service they have NO answer why or how to fix it. Dumping Cash App and stick with Venmo.
Get $5 free by using this link to get Cash App (after you send someone $5)
cash.app/app/CVLWDFM
Or enter code CVLWDFM in the app
I know no one with Venmo. When I sell on Offer Up, they always ask if I have cash app.
Very interesting! It'll be interesting to see which one ultimately dominates.

Their probably not 13 yet

Glad you liked it! And thanks for subscribing!!
What about when buying on ebay? Lately people are asking for cash app payments instead of PayPal
she broke everything down into minerals, great video
Glad I could help!
Not using Venmo, I left PayPal for a reason. I'll consider Cash app.
Same here. I don't trust PayPal.
I've used PayPal for over a decade with issues. Why don't you trust it?
Same ! They also own EBay too which is better than amazon but not for selling on ...just purchasing ...

Venmo charged me $6.75 to receive money. Never again
Damn dude yeah cash app is far better im sorry about that
I have both Venmo and cash app and they work great
If Venmo is owned by PayPal, 1:16, then what’s the difference between PayPal and Venmo?
I’m pretty new to Venmo, so I’m just sticking with it.
Thanks for the info, I wanted to know what the difference was between the both of them. I’ve only used cash app.
Cashapp sucks. If you transfer even small amounts of money to many times they will close your account for doing something against the terms of service and not tell you what you did.

i got the same message and couldn't figure what happened. I really need my money and this is too stressful
If you have an Android phone you can do direct deposits It has been a feature for a while. Talking to friends with iPhones I noticed they can't do it.
Yeah Apple gets worse each software update and device
I'll take cash app anyway easy set up and it will do away with venmo soon
I have a question could you link your cash app card to venmo and could you trust that transfer
You can’t it’s not a bank cards only bank cards like chase or Wells Fargo
I luv cash app, so easy to use.
I agree it's easy!
Why don't Americans just use their bank to send money to people?
I'm in the UK if I send money through my bank account.
I use both but I mainly use cash app

I want to know how to send money from cash app to venmo
Cash app does have credit & loans just so u know
can I use cash app with a wallet too ,,??
West coast - Venmo | East Coast - Cash App
Interesting, I hadn't heard that. I'm in the Midwest and there seems to be a mix here.
Why's that?
I think I will just stick with my PayPal
Yep PayPal works!
Cashapp I send money two different person and they didn't received the money
You did it wrong for sure!
I cannot find the option to accept payments sent to me
cashapp would usually let me send money w/o a problem but starting today , it wants my social to send money?? makes no sense
That's really strange! I would reach out to Cash App support. Let me know if you figure out what's going on.
@@SmartFamilyMoney I couldn't tbh but I just stopped using the app, it just kept asking for my full social.
@@mikeyyx6450 me to it’s weird and I don’t trust it
@@BCFC954 thanks for that lol, still doesn't change the fact that I'm never going to use them again.
I have cashapp didn't know about venmo
Cash app save every user more effective
Can you set up more them 1 bank? I use 2 banks

you only need 1 dont over do it
So you need to have a debet card to get a debet card? 🤨
If I was born in US I would use cashapp.. :(
Cash App sounds like a step into Idiocracy.
Definitely more faster as well
If I'm not sponsored ...but really is sponsored was a TH-cam person
Cash app sucks like i send money to someone and randomly it says I can't send money to this server which Is stupid
I've never run into that problem. That does sound annoying!
i have never ever had that problem with my cash app so i think it still is the winner for me!
It's your app u got to upgrade it

How much money did you make off those referrals lol
Can’t you get a venom teen account now?
Yes! That came out after I made this video. I have a video about venmo teen if you're interested: th-cam.com/video/pzEpZ9YqDHk/w-d-xo.html

Cash app owner was murdered so Im guessing him and his garbage company are both shady as hell.
I have cash app to 😎😎😎
Awesome. I am working on the video about transferring between Step and Cash app. Have you done that yet?
@@SmartFamilyMoney cashapp basically locked my account and I can’t use my funds at all because someone tried to hack it
