    Basically if you do not have a card you are not FDIC covered through a third-party bank. But as soon as you order a card, with cash app, you are then covered for up to $250,000. One advantage of ordering a card

      Ah that's great to hear. I didn't realize that was a difference between having the card and not having it. Thanks, Leon!

    The 10% for groceries is a real draw because the prices keep going up. Great breakdown! Love the chocolate milk card- very appropriate for the channel.

    I have a good challenge for you, kind Sir......could you do a video on how to achieve "Direct Deposit"....without an employer? Is there a service where I can attached a debit card tied to some account (maybe a Bank Account or Credit Union account) and then the service would pull funds from that card and redirect it into Venmo as a "Direct Deposit"? Perhaps it may have to be interpreted as an ACH transaction...not sure. Challenge issued! 🙂

      That's a great question! I'll add that to my list of video ideas because it's actually something I've wondered about many times. Thanks for the challenge!

    I wish I was told about this about a month ago about your referral bonus if I were to sign up on cash app. But oh well it is what it is and I do find your information very helpful so I did left the like but I also have a question. For every use of the cash app card that I have acquired but have an activated yet are fees included every time I use the cash app card?

    • @CalebBaleFinance

      Ah bummer! I'm glad to hear you find the information helpful. Yeah, I don't think there are any other fees when you use the Cashapp card. It's just like any normal debit card.

    Does cash app have the same feature as venmo where if your balance is “0”….. and they have an automatic “reload” feature and the $ is then automatically topped off from a funding source . The reason I’m asking is because they are ending that feature September 12th . I’m pretty bummed about that because it’s a very handy tool in the event of emergencies.

    • @TrentonMatthews
      @TrentonMatthews 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I myself got that emaill from Venmo about it. I am not too pleased either, and my card is a purple one!
      To answer your question though, I don't believe Cash App does have said feature.
      If it does, I haven't heard any confirmation.

    • @CalebBaleFinance
      @CalebBaleFinance  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So I don't think they have that feature as far as I can tell. I haven't tested it on cash app at least. Cashapp does have automatic recurring deposits though, but I know that's not exactly what you're looking for. Sorry!

    • @CalebBaleFinance
      @CalebBaleFinance  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I know, I miss that feature about Point! So Cashapp, last I tried, could do it instantly and never charged me for the instant transfer. I just checked venmo and it does not allow instant transfer.
