Thanks, I brought a outdoor pizza oven last month and tried to launch my first couple of pizzas but could never get a round pizza I ordered this based off the video
Great video as usual. I've had a pizza peel for a long time and I have made 100s pizzas. The problem is in order to get them to launch without problems is you have to use flour or semolina or cornmeal. That is fine on the grill...but inside it makes a mess of your oven.
I have the original cloth version from years ago. Was only 50 bucks or so and I still have it. The edges curl, so we iron it and it’s amazing. The peel is metal and the sliding portion is cloth. On the Versa, I prefer the Lloyd pans. Haven’t used the ez pizza peel since I got the versa and Lloyd pan.
I got the 16in one to I had a cheap one and the fabric kept fraying and tearing so the 100$ is worth it to me for something built right and is going to last instead of buy cheap over and over again ty again for the video helped me decide to buy this one instead of cheap one
On all of the pizza oven videos I've watch, the transfer of the pie to the peel and then to the stone seems to be the most difficult part. This solves that concern. Can you make the pie right on this peel? That material seems pretty non-stick, so I'm thinking you can work the dough right on it?
I just got the 14 inch and didn’t know there was a 16 inch now I have buyers remorse.. it’s one of the more expensive ones but the materials are higher quality.
This brand is actually extremely low quality. The little tacks or nails that you see near the handle come loose too easily, and the fabric tears too easily. I used mine over several months and I think the design is really bad and unreliable.

@heyoou I'm not trying to be a pizza launching genius 😂😂 I just want round pizza the easiest way

My work around has always been parchment paper, just for 20-30 seconds then pull it out
Thanks for watching! Tried that but it burnt right away
You are right about price but I’m getting one….best product I’ve seen for Pizza…..thanks for sharing, Tom……also can the fabric be replaced if need be?
Thanks for Watching Robert! It looks like it does come off, but not sure where to get replacement, not offered on the site
@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ That seems odd given the price and eventually it will need to be replaced!

Thanks for Watching Ted! Haven’t tried rolling the dough on it but I did make the pie on it
