This is Bergsdalen, not Stalheimskleiven. I know it well, as my father used to prefer it to driving through Hardanger back in the 1970s and 1980s, before the new E16 between Dale and Bolstad opened in the early 1990s. It is 76km (50 miles) from Stalheimskleiven. Stalheimskleiven is steeper and has tighter corners. Stalheimskleiven is the steepest public road in Norway with an inclination of up to 26%. It is closed for repairs now, and it is uncertain if it will open for cars again, as it is old and there was significant damage to it. The new road goes in tunnels beneath Stalheimskleiven.
