Can’t get enough of this! Yass bring back these 90’s house beats!!!
The problem though is that right now it mostly seems to be lazy rehashes of tracks that were already popular in the 90s and 2000s. The current trend adds nothing new apart from (mostly) annoying vocals
@@niknovo Everybody said the same thing of Dr Dre. Heck, Daft Punk did the exact same thing 25 years ago and became the biggest electronic act ever. Guess what? You got old, and music has been cyclical forever. Or have you forgotten the time Mozart wrote 100 different renditions of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star?
@@niknovo personally I love samples. i have a playlist that i’m currently working on dedicated to samples lol. i can’t get enough of the way they take old songs and switch it up into something that’s newer for the generation now, but still gives off that old school vibe. it’s art in every way, that’s what these musicians do. i think they’ll always do that too because old sounds never get old to most people. it gives them a nostalgic feeling, but it’s also nice to hear it in a different way than we’ve been hearing it for the past decade if that makes sense.

My sentiments exactly, Emma.
