@@niknovo personally I love samples. i have a playlist that i’m currently working on dedicated to samples lol. i can’t get enough of the way they take old songs and switch it up into something that’s newer for the generation now, but still gives off that old school vibe. it’s art in every way, that’s what these musicians do. i think they’ll always do that too because old sounds never get old to most people. it gives them a nostalgic feeling, but it’s also nice to hear it in a different way than we’ve been hearing it for the past decade if that makes sense.
