I keep listening to this tune and over and over, and it just flows so beautifully. What blows my mind is just how this entire track sounds like it would have fit in perfectly back in 1988 or 1989 on Chicago's WBMX or B96 (radio stations). The Roland 909 rhythms, the bassline, the piano, the entire flow,, it just takes me back, yet it doesn't sound outdated. I would love to see more producers take inspiration from this and just toy around with this kind of semi-retro sound. My hat's off to you Peggy!

It immediately pricked my ears only 2 hours before, while in the shower !!. I thought it was a track from way back in the 80's that I'd never heard before !! It is still great to hear new tracks in the old style though isn't it ? I showed it to my 21 y old nephew and he loves it. So, what can we say... Styles can progress from one generation to the next.
