      How amazing that you put together your own course! In the “about me” video, it sounds like the course will teach you a multitude of different ways to get well, but the individual lessons sound like they are solely about brain retraining. Can you please clarify what the course is about? Thank you so much! ❤

    Raelan and Ben, I think ya'll are fantastic and I'd love to see more collaboration from you guys. You have a back and forth that is very helpful for understanding. I am fully healed in my nervous system after 2 years of integrated nervous system, somatic and brain retraining work, but I often tell people that I am 100 percent healed but also 100 percent human. The food I ate yesterday isn't going to sustain me tomorrow so some things we have to keep putting on our plates. I find getting to the place where future illness or symptoms no longer are a place of fear but simply just an inevitable part of reality and not have that be too triggering really is a great litmus test for how much of that urgency we still have in our system. Ben, I hope to have my 17-year-old son go through your program before he leaves for college as I think hearing things from the male lens is very helpful for young men and will hopefully help him avoid some of the pitfalls of life at University and the stress of leaving home.

    I had EMDR therapy but instead of following lights from let to right, it consisted of tappy on my arms same as Ben's example. I didn't fully understand it at the time but now have more awareness. I'm still on my journey to rewire my brain following a period of chronic stress and continual lower back spasm. All neuroplasticity! One step at a time!! Excellent content on this channel.

    This is my first time hearing his approach and it’s so fascinating. I love knowing my brain can heal like a scratch. I have been retraining for the past 6 months and I have more energy but I’m having increased symptoms with the season change, time change, holidays. These were things that were so exciting for me my entire life until the hypersensitive nervous system started in 2020. I had several things that caused this but I can certainly list them and know how they all impacted me.

    I absolutely love your videos, they really provide hope. I'm surprised to see you haven't covered a treatment called the stellate ganglion block. I've seen an awful lot of anecdotal reports where people have been cured or had huge relief from this treatment. It's reported to reset the nervous system.

    • @itsoutnow

      Had a Stellate ganglion block.. sounded great.. but I just don’t think it was the issue. Also was at a time I was self diagnosing and treating. Am now more confident using the group wisdom here.. I understand many of the symptoms now and related to so much.

      @Peter-mo3pr ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@itsoutnow thank you for your report, I've spoken to 4/5 people through Reddit who've had life changing responses to it. It all depends on what's causing your illness in the first place, whether you're nervous system is the issue, the doctor who's doing it etc, there are lots of variables. Sorry it didn't work for you though.

      I didn’t. I read it’s an injection of anesthesia, and that sounds a little scary to me. My issues aren’t emotional either, which is what I read it targets from my brief research, but if I had PTSD or something more serious, I might consider it.

    I’m so sad because I keep trying to do brain retraining for my CFS (I’m in a relapse right now). It helped me before to get to 75% recovery. But during this relapse I’ve been having crippling depression, anxiety, cptsd and insomnia. I don’t know to over come it without medication, I’ve tried every natural remedy out there. It’s so upsetting.
