All of these cards are spot on. Personally what I do to maximize my value is be very picky on what you get if you’re buying and send those cards in for grading and you multiply your value. Example, you buy a Umbreon vmax for $575 but it’s worth $1200 in a psa 10. Just doubled your value and then you sit on it and wait for the price increase.
If you are a good investor- you buy undervalued cards when they are cheap- never buy something when its at its all time high. Thats basic investing. Good cards, but you are fomoing if you buy them at this point instead of looking for cards that are cheaper, such as waiting fot the alt art charizard to bottom
From whats been going on as far as sales even if someone were to buy them now they are more than likely stay going up and still be a good investment. I understand what your saying about the cheaper cards but you have to look at the sales history and make sure you dont mind something that will stay down or bottom further then they already are. That is a good idea as well just have to be cautious
