Nana hot in these streets, lol! Loved her sandals! The LED lights are light emitting diode. They're more expensive upfront, but they can last several years and use less energy than a regular light bulb. It's sad that y'all are leaving the apartment, but you're beginning a new chapter in your lovely home. Thanks for allowing us to be there every step of the way!
I've watched a few of your videos and need to comment on the age appropriate manner in which you treat your sister Gracie. The beautiful age appropriate clothes you both picked out for her, acknowledging she is growing up, including her and making it clear to everyone she is your sister and a valued, loved member of your family. The genuine love and kindness you show one another as a couple and the proactive example of your couple time, individual time, and Ceej seeing his grandmother and great grandmother and their inclusion in his upbringing. I must say you are a wonderful family. I've subscribed and wish you the best of luck going forward. Deep respect. Many people use the terms "interior design" and "interior decorating" interchangeably, but these professions are actually very different!
Interior design is the art and science of understanding people's behavior to create functional spaces within a building. Decoration is the furnishing or adorning of a space with fashionable or beautiful things.
Interior Designers have either a B.A., B.F.A.,or an A.S.. Are also insured and certified and we typically belong to an association. Where as decorators aren't usually insured and do not recieve any formal training. They can go as far as "decorate" paint, furniture, and finishes. However, it is illegal for decorators to attend to anything structural, electrical or mechanical. Decorators are mainly just around in Residential because you can obviously hire whomever you want in your home. They don't exist in Commercial because they don't meet law requirments.
In short, interior designers may decorate, but decorators do not design.
Sorry if this is long, just wanted to let you know because Interior Designers and Decorators are both a huge investment and a luxury. Just want you to be happy with the end result of your first home!

im an architect working at an interior design firm and the designers at my office get most annoyed when people call them interior decorators..but that not common knowledge so its cool.

I absolutely love how Gabe interacts with Gracie. Gracie is so blessed to have a sister like Gabe. Gabe, you have such a wonderful spirit, you make everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed, whenever they are in your presence(I have noticed this on many of your videos).

I think April and Justin have LED lighting. I love the look in their kitchen. I like seeing the LED lighting underneath the cabinets against the wall. It lightens up the entire counter space. I could be wrong, but I think April and Justin have their LED lighting along the top of their cabinets, and the light spreads across the entire kitchen. Maybe April can sent pictures or live shots to you. The effect is amazing in the kitchen!

i absolutely love the new house!!! and i really love the furniture pieces you guys have picked out so far ( the entertainment center , and bedroom set) do y'all have a color scheme picked out for the bedroom ? Id say maybe like a royal blue , or turquoise or maybe a light peachy color. I feel either would go really well the gray and the style of the bed.
