Thank you for the tips,I'm trying to animate but I do it on my phone, and I'm broke too,but some of these tips definitely help, have a good day/night💗😊 Edit:I made fan art for you,I mentioned you in my channel, check it out if you want👍🏻
You have a softer voice than most, but I actually have a similar problem of voice being too soft. At my customer service job I had to learn to project or become a little too loud. I have yet to personally start making content but I appreciate the tips on keeping your voice taken care of! Please make sure you’re taking care of yourself as well 💕
As a person who doesn’t talk much, people always say to me even if my voice sounds deep it’s very soothing to hear since I only talk a lot when I’m talking about someone I’m really interested in.. other than that I’m just quiet and friendly :]
I really really wanna be a TH-cam storytime animator too im saving to buy a tab so hopefully i might start in a month or so but your one of my most favourite TH-camrs and my inspiration 😁
Aah yes blue yeti my fav microphone for ASMRtist who used it, reasonable priced and better sounding in general. Audio quality of the video was audio-ly noticeable, good to hear without earphones and your speaking voice has more confidence than before
As a content creator with a really quiet voice, Thank You for this guide! It's so rare to hear from someone who has the same struggles I do, I love this info! Thank you for this, so many valuable tips! Tip for you, you can download plugins so audacity will scan your audio and apply a de-essor and things like silence removers automatically!
*ok, this channel just appeared on my fyp randomly, and may i say, IDHSJEHDSJ THE ARTSTYLE IS SO FREAKIJG CUTE BRO RAAAHHHHHH* *and the voice* **is** *soothing…*
As an aspiring storytime animator, I am SO GLAD this video came across my feed! I am already pretty good with editing in KineMaster on my phone, and as a writer, I can write decent scripts (+ as an aspiring voice actress, I can read said script pretty well without stuttering too much) but the recording and bg music tips will be such a huge help for when I do eventually get to recording my first video after I FINALLY get myself to actually finish my schoolwork in a timely manner (I swear- there are times when I suspect I may have ADHD or smth 🥲 At least I’m homeschooled though, so I end up finishing way before 5 anyways) Edit: WOOOOOAAAAHHH I need to stop it with the word vomit!
I will probably forget this until a couple of years later when I would actually need to record audio and suddenly remember your video. Also, I legit have the same mic, It's quite good.
1:21 I actually have this issue a lot so I can understand the struggle Even more so with my vocabulary having large words (And along with voice-cracks)
the fun part (at least for me,) is making my own music and sfx for my videos, it's really fun, but it does take a lot of work also, even tho im not an animator, this really helped :D tysm
I used to make storyline animations when I was 12 on a laptop made in 2014... now I work on an animated series where I use a free software called firealpaca to animate it. If you know where to look, you can make content on any budget. Trust.
Wow, with all the work that goes into this, and I guess being around well singing family members, helped to make your videos sound good. Cool, keep going.
Very helpful video! And I really like your little Strawbloby lol. So you've asked for tips, here's the only audio tips I know. Adjust your sample rate when exporting from Audacity to 48,000. It's industry standard and typical of high quality. I have also been advised to try the encoding option set to "Signed 24-bit PCM". If you edit at all with DaVinci Resolve, I like the de-esser in there quite a lot more than I do the Audacity one. So far with those settings my microphone quality sounds ✨Amazing ✨ I really look forward to seeing your growth on this platform and wish you nothing but the best! You're doing fantastic so far!
Thank you so much. This was one of my problems for creating a channel.❤ but now I just need to wait and get the utensils like a microphone and computer 😅
lol, the only thing i'm doing with my audio is just going into audacity, recording, putting brief pauses where i don't say anything, then using the noise reduction tool, its better than you think it would be but its still not the best.
This is actually super helpful, I’ve been doing TH-cam animation for only about 8 months now and never really took into account audio quality since I only used my phone for basically everything but this actually makes me wanna commit more audio wise so I can hopefully sound crispy. W video W video, also hello!🐝
Questions: What apps do you use to put your audios in for videos? What apps would you recommend for mobile users for audios? What/how do you use the audios for videos you record? I do apologize for my questions, I'm very curious.
I'm surprised you haven't tiered one of the most common (at least in my case) options for microphone, the headset microphone. It will never replace the quality for a stand alone mic, however if you go for a high quality headphones, you might as well a mic in price. I know it was taken from the mics YOU used, however I was left astonished after you drew a headset in the video later. I guess it's kinda similar to earbuds. Not the same level though.
oh yea!! that's a good point, i forgot about that :0 i only used it once though, cause it was rlly hard to hear my own voice using my headphones mic (i would mark it as D tier for that)
Really like the comments characters in opening. Not like I'm asking or anything 👉👈 On serious note, cool to see this channel keep growing. Also is that a spon... AHHHHHHH!!!!!
0:00 - 0:14 They... they have a point! (love your vids btw) also, I downloaded your link to milanote, & it actually helped me a lot! Thanks, shortcxke!
The quality of your videos are EXPONENTIAL WTF.... Keep it up! I always love seeing your passion towards your content. :) 15:29 angry shortcxke got me laughing, not gonna lie
The constant whistling noise that happens everytime you pronounce S’s actually hurts my ears. Im sure its something to do with your mic or something. I’d recommend to look into a way to get rid of it somehow through audacity.
Yo this was an amazing video I love also you have a very pretty voice. I use my phone to make video the one on my channel is my first video, I have been trying to make a second one but it hasn't been going as the first one I was working on was taking forever so I decided to make a different one but while I was working on it my phone completely died, and I've been to lazy to restart making it on different phone, oh well - :)

i love how soft your voice and art style mix together
0:16 i also hardly talk, it makes you less used to talking and makes your voice softer

You could probably use eq on the s sounds if you know how to do that. Removing some of the high end may help.
Great video!! Try exporting your audio in WAV or FLAC format instead of mp3 to get the highest quality

Thanks for the advice, I’d didn’t know that audio needed to be edited this much 😭
An angel? Thank you so much I needed this. I’ve just been recording in my closet and then I listen to it and give up lol.
This was really fun to know! I use Audacity for editing my audio and I actually have a Microphone with a Pop filter :3
I really enjoy the video and thank you for making me understand audio and I do love the touch of Mario 64 music in the background.
YAY SHORTCAKEEEEEE !!

On audio feedback: It sounds a lot thinner now. More tinny compared to before. I prefer the smoother voice from the previous videos.

Hey, just asking how did u draw ur oc, and how do u draw/animate for ur vids?
I am so mad that the Blue Yeti is almost $100, but when I bought it (3 years ago) it was over $200.
Either way, its a really good mic.
A yeah! Undertale music! The greatest soundtrack in gaming since Bowser's Inside Story 🤩😎😆
