As an Armenian, I for one, used to laugh at how he portrays an Armenian family. When I was younger and didn’t know any better. I just liked that I was being represented, that armo existence in LA was being acknowledged, as a people by featuring the antonyan family. But now, idk it feels kind of mocking. Mocking of our lifestyle, of our attitudes, how we talk, etc. maybe I’m overreacting, but it’s kind of bothered me how he made vardan ( the young child ) call his mom a cow, and yell at her just for a joke. When in reality, Armenian culture disapproves of that sort of thing. Or how he makes fun of their weight and food. I just think some of the skits David does, even besides this, maybe he doesn’t mean in reality and just does it for views, but it paints an ugly image of how Armenian people are, and an ugly image of a lot of other different type of people, like Corinna (for example). A portion of his followers and subscribers are Armenian, from LA, maybe we all got tricked into thinking how he portrays us is okay.

I think so
David didn’t force them to drink the alcohol because most of the girls were sober I don’t believe that is his fault or the rape (because he was unaware of what dom was doing) BUT he did profit off the girls traumatizing and terrifying experience. Along time ago we were mad because he stopped filming with some of his old friends and he said that it’s because he distance himself from people who were making bad decisions and now that we figured out what that bad decision is we are saying that he condones those actions which he obviously didn’t.
