CO is a result of incomplete combustion, when you're bringing in 100% outside air directly behind the burner you have little room for it to not burn clean.
Captiveaire has a pretty good video on their YT channel for the hood control package start up and troubleshooting. Not saying you aren't a smart guy and can't figure it out. More like FYI. Another great video Rick
I worked with the same type of unit. But when i crank up the ambient control it didnt event try to start on heat. I wonder why im not very experience with this piece of equipment
Thanks for sticking around, it wasn't something I wanted to do but things worked out thankfully, I appreciate your time and thanks for commenting to let me know👍👍
One thing I've noticed on is those units is if they have screens downstairs right outside of the hood they tend to get plugged over time and sometimes go unnoticed and affect in heat mode and lower the differential across the burner. First time took me 3 different visits to figure out. Also have had quite a few discharge sensors and amplifier go bad lately
Awesome, thanks for the video on that fresh air intake. I haven't had to work on any but I've always wanted understand them better. I did enjoy your other videos but it's nice see service work again. 👍
I do not like Lenze drives. They always develop problems that are so vague in their description. I've had atleast 6 in the past few months. Everything from com errors to hairline cracks in the circuit boards.
One word of caution, you should never switch the disconnect on the unit on or off while the VFD is sending it power. It can damage the VFD. Best bet is to turn it off at the breaker first then switch the disconnect.

What is the model number of your manometer?

Call the factory, they can get you the informative you need to properly diagnose it. That would be the safest bet.

Nice job what kind of analyzer was on top of the of the unit
I didn't have a analyzer? You referring to the manometer that I was using to read pressures?
