The second race in the night was mental! So good! Qualy starts at 2:15:45 Race start at 2:47:25 for you good readers. (And for you future Max - we both know you'll watch it again) This race makes it to my annual Jardier watchlist! I haven't had that much FUN watching you fly through traffic since that famed 3hrs of Multiclass Oulton Park three years ago (link bellow fellow readers - a must watch featuring Jardier and friends that had me gasp for air so much I laughed). th-cam.com/users/livenApZrHkARcE?si=sxVBBqw8lWf6yeac For our enjoyment, would you buy Vale a PC? I'll refund you when I win the lottery (which should be soon!) I enjoy your group of friends tremendously when you race together with voice chat on. For your incoming birthday (yesterday was mine! I'm your elder by a few days! Reshpect me!) , may I propose a drinking game with the gang: 10 Laps Nordschleife and you gotta drink half a bottle of beer up Dottinger every lap 😊😂 Your channel and your company is so precious to so many people Jards. Cheers brother!
I would check the break balance every round. It depends on the car but you are burning a lot of fuel each lap. The break balance has to adjusted each lap ever so slightly.
That’s one of the only things about GT7 that better than other games is having the weight ballast. Helps for stupid cars like the McLaren that lift from no weight in the front.
@@Jardier Look at Wippermann. The marshal is waving like hell - you simply did not recognize it. :D No front, Jardier. It's nearly every sim racer on planet earth. :D Nobody is looking for the flags. I would love to see an implementation of punishment system for ignoring it. Would increase the immersion level immensely.
And even if it was no "active yellow anymore" - everyone should lift and have a look what happened. I would love to see more damage impact and longer standing times in the pit. But majority doesn't see it like I do.
@@ScholliUlzI was playing with AI today on the 24h Nur, yellow flag with two cars stopped on the track on each side (on the tarmac!) and the AI just flew by right between the cars without even lifting...
The trick I found to know perfectly where on the track is the yellow flag, is to be the cause of said yellow flag. Sense the flag, know the flag, become the flag! (It's late okay!?)
how hard is it to start doing set ups? I want to get into ACC but... I really do not know anything about set ups and I've never been into racing in general. I got into GT7 when it came out and got hooked, but now that I have ACC on pc, I realized that I have zero knowledge of those technical aspects and it seems to be really important in this game.
I've been playing acc now on xbx for just over a month. Setup can be very scary to start with. I watched a guy HDeeRacing with a basic setup, then looked around youtube for other ones. Go out on track and try them all until you find one that suits your style the closest. Then you can tinker with them once you start understanding the oversteer/understeer side of things. Jardier has a yt video going through all of that which is very helpful
Setups only become important after you have gained experience and skill in the game. It gives you a default safe and aggressive setup and then you can tweak those to your liking. We all learned by doing that and then watching videos on how the setups work. Then we share them with eachother and tell why we did what we did. Dont worry about setups until after you have gone a good 50 hours in the sim to understand it first. You need to be within a few seconds of the leaders times to worry about setups. They only gain you an extra second and thats when you already have maxed the times from the default setups. Setups dont give you time, they simply allow you to drive the car harder and the car is more “lively”. Setups make the car easier for the driver to extract the fastest lap time the driver can possibly achieve with their given skill. A setup for me, may not work for your driving style. They are personal. Dont get into the hype of using peoples setups, learn to make your own.
Setups are quite difficult to get into, but there are many videos and you can understand most after about 2hrs of vids, once you do that, look for free setups on YT and use them as base setups, and from there it gets easy
Go and in great detail describe what car you use, what track and weather you are running your car in, with what temperatures, pressures etc. and what your car does and you want your car to handle like to Chat GPT. With some tweaking (which you will at the end of the day do whatever approach you decide for) you get to desired outcome. Mind you - set up doesn't compensate your skill - or I should say - with more skill in game also comes realization what is problem of your car and what is problem of your technique. That being said - running low down force set ups on Nurburgring might be unbearable and straight dangerous for you and rest of the field. So you might end up with high down force set ups for the sake of safety and lack of skill. Another thing you should mind is - what you get here is nowhere near to what you get in GT7. GT7 and their physics is still pretty much based on 3 point contact per tyre l meanwhile this sim is using dynamic geometry of the tyre. This combined with the latest track surface makes Nurburgring in ACC completely different track from what you know from GT7. Just learning the track on your own will take a huge time, not to mention the physics itself which has been described by some in ACC as very difficult. So I highly recommend you to jump in the sim on some smaller circuit - let's say SPA or Red Bull Ring are very popular and start there. Hop in GT4 car or BMW M2 and slowly progress toward being comfortable in the car itself. Then jump into Nurburgring, learn the track and then start modding your set up. After you find the sweet spot and you have hundreds of hot laps slowly progress to AI racing or online racing. Mind the racing etiquette. And after all of that I would say you are good to jump in different class.
Setups are intended for the individual driver other ppls setups are not gonna make u faster setups are to help the drivers style and helps them drive the car the way they drive. Don’t buy ppls setups that’s not gonna make u faster. No hate just saying
Repetitions is key. My best is 8:20 and it was my only flawless lap where I didn’t screw up one time. 😂😂 I just started racing like not even two months ago. So you just gotta put in the work…. 💯

The dash glitching was the first thing I noticed. It’s very prominent in the gt4 Camaro
You should screenshot that mark webber mid-air moment and have it as your profile background!
😅😅
Man your live stream is amazing! Iam really enjoying it ❤️
Keep going 👊
Such a fun stream to watch, thanks
Thank you!!!
Loved this stream .
7:53:18: When do sim racers finally watch out for yellow flags on track? :D
I would love to see punishments on track for ignoring the flags.
Check properly, there is no yellow flag :) was cleared as guys was rejoining already

I have the 7800 x3d and it is amazing for simracing, Combined with 4080
Next stream, I’m gunna do an “oh my god” counter for jardier…. Just to see how many times it’ll happen. 😂😂😂

its not too important plus people make free setup videos

Great racing from start to finish 🔥🔥 watched the whole thing 👍 also * holds up doll * Can you show us where the bad man ( Tinko ) touched you? 😂😂

Thats why i give them for free lol😅
@@Jardier others be trying to sell them but setups do vary between driving styles so some setups won’t be efficient for some drivers driving styles.
I couldn't care less about this game, let's just hope Kunos are also including this track in AC2.
Jardier.... "8:10 is good enough"
Me running 9:00's....🤨...lmao, but to be fair believe it or not I don't run this track alot. That will change tho!

Oh and I’m using a shitty Logitech g29 on a shitty cockpit cuz I’m poor. 😂
