I have made 1 that looks like zz top. They are a singing group with really long beards and one has a very tall stove pipe hat. My brothers favorite group so for his birthday I made the group. I have also made a gnome with biker jacket and I made sunglasses with my hot glue gun. They are awesome!! I love gnomes big or small but I have never made shoes!! You are Awesome!!!! Thanks so much!!!
Love all the shoes and the boots are ADORABLE. My favorite that I have done is a St. Patrick's day gnome. I'm working on a witch gnome. I just need to figure out how to do a witch's boot. Then it will be complete. Thank you for showing how to make these.
I love it! They are adorable! Every single one of them! My gnomes have molded feet and a few with shoes but watching you my shoes can be more classic and even stand up without wood. I love it! Thanks for sharing!
I haven't had the courage yet to give this a try but I found a hunter and fisherman gnome i fell in love with to make for my son. I am now just finding the materials I need.
Hi Linda! You can do it! They are so fun! I made a fisherman gnome during my one of my LIVE's. Here's the link: th-cam.com/video/EEcXBBedOzI/w-d-xo.html A hunter would be so much fun too! Let me know how they turn out!!
WOW 😳 those are SOOOOOO cute!! I tried making these before. Watching you. You made it so I can understand how to do these cute little shoe's. Thank you. Just found your channel 😊. I'll be watching you now. Fun fun!!
My favorite gnomes that I’ve made are St Patrick’s Day gnomes and 4th Of July gnomes. It’s fun. Love making shoes. I want to get more detailed like you. Thank you for being online with your tutorials.
Thank you! I’m looking forward to making 4th of July gnomes this year. That will be awesome. I started making gnomes in December and have made one for each holiday. So fun. 🤩
You make so many pretty things! I have to check your channel whenever I log online! Got an idea to pass along to you, I take a wooden bead with a 1/4" hole and glue that into the gnome's shoe, then glue a 1/4" dowel at the length i need, into my gnome's leg, then glue the other end into your bead in the shoe...your gnome will stand up!
Hi 👋 I'm new here and have subscribed to your channel today! Wow I love your gnome shoes! You are so creative! They are all fantastic! I love making gnomes for my grandkids and adult kids! Lol 😆 I'm really looking forward to seeing all your other videos now! Thank you for sharing your God given gifts with us all, God bless you abundantly in all things and much love from me too! 🙏 ❤🥰😘🤗
I absolutely love your work. And agree with so many others that you made it easy to understand even though they look complicated. Sitting on my bed practicing these shoes.😉 but wat did you use for the pattern for the soul of the shoes? Or did you just quickly sketch one out
I sketched one out, but I’m excited to report that I’m going to do a follow up tutorial next week with new free printable patterns for Gnome shoes and what I believe is even an easier technique. I’m going to test it out on my husband during a live stream next Thursday. Sometimes I make so many of one thing that I lose track of what I should be explaining so hopefully during a live folks can ask questions as I go, or my husband can ask clarifying questions since it will be his first time making the shoes. 👟
Wow these are awesome! This was the best way to make gnome shoes I have seen yet. Your video just happened to pop up on my feed while I was scrolling on TH-cam after watching another video on make a gnome video and I'm so glad I watched it. I'm now a subscriber and can't wait to look at some of your other videos. Thanks for sharing.
Your shoes are the cutest!!! I really enjoyed your tutorial . You make it so easy to understand. Thank you for sharing! Look forward to seeing more of your beautiful work!!!
Hi. Love all your shoes. I notice you don't weight the shoes down. You can use Sparkle on both the cup and egg. Don't forget to place the straw first. Love your work. Thank you for sharing.
Yes. As long as you have the gnome centered over the top. I do have some tutorials showing how to accomplish it. Once you learn the technique, you can do all kinds of gnomes! 😀
I know I have some that I have done, but I just looked back over my tutorials and realized I have never done a video of how to make shoes for sitting gnomes. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I will put it top on my list to for a future tutorial. You are the best!
When putting in the balloon attachments do you put in round piece then the attachment?can you show a close up of the piece you put in first then attachment?
Yes, you glue the round straw solidly into place before adding the attachment. I will do a short video next Monday showing a very close up tutorial showing just this part. Thank you so much for your question.
The Matt is actually a silicone hot pad from the Dollar Tree. You find them near the kitchen section. The silicone makeup brush I use is also from the Dollar Tree. They are not always in stock but when they are you will find them in the makeup section or sometimes in the hair section of The dollar Tree. I’m so happy you are here! Thank you for your questions! Have a great day!
The beads are smaller than the string I was using and it would be harder to glue them into place. This was faster and once they were glued on you couldn’t tell the difference. Thank you for your question.
Hi Jane! They will work for any of the standing gnomes that I have videos of making. Try this one: th-cam.com/video/3n4CWSrUxlA/w-d-xo.html That is part of the fun is mixing and matching styles! 😃
I love your video on how to make the shoes and the boots. But I don’t understand how are you get your straw to sit in the bottom of the cup since you don’t use the other piece that comes with them. Was wondering if you could show me how to add that part.
I read your post and got up early this morning to create a tutorial with better details of how to make the shoes. I’m almost done with the video. I should be uploading within the hour. Check back to my channel for a full tutorial on attaching and making shoes. Thank you so much for your comments! I really appreciate it!
New here and did get cups from dollar tree in the party area but seem to large.. did u use a 2oz plastic cup? Love your shoes. Also can you send me a link how to put in a sock gnome?
The boots are the same as the felt except I used black duct tape instead of felt. I’ll work on a Cowboy boot tutorial in January. I’m in Christmas mode right now. Thank you for your comments!

I'm wondering if you could send me a pair to canada and will pay u for your time and shipping
I am so sorry. I did a live stream making shoes that is way slower and in fact I’m posting another full shoe tutorial tomorrow that is a lot slower. Here is a a link to the other tutorial. th-cam.com/video/86JnTGtuFyc/w-d-xo.html
Also I get the connectors from yard stick straws I pick up from the dollar Tree. There are also straws that have connectors at Amazon. In will try and get a link. I can mail you some connectors if you would like me to. I’m so sorry for your frustration.
Yes could u mail me some connextors. I'm in canada, though. I'm going to try with foam. I watched your foam video, and it looks so much easier then felt
Do you sell the shoes you make
I'm sorry, I don't. Thank you so much for watching!
