    This is the best explanation video of hyzer/anhyzer forehand shots I've seen so far which I want to get better at. I'm pretty good with Backhand, but still a little foggy on under/over stable. I paused and wrote out a list of almost every little definition on the in between orange screens and 2+2 finally equals 4 THANK YOU👍

    Pretty good distance with an effortless throw. I'm a 66 year old first year player and I have to really go all out to get over 300 feet. I wish I could get that kind of distance with an effortless throw like you do since I'm so much more consistent that way.

    Is there any way you can show me a pause of the frame on the anhyzer at the release point vs. prior to the swing?

    Very helpful video!! How do you know which discs are stable, understable, and overstable? Is it related to the numbering system on the disc, or is it just something you learn about with each disc? Thanks!!

      @@lennoncoley1431 Yes, I know about the chart, but I was asking a more technical and aboslute question... sorry I wasn't more clear. Even on the chart, there are discs with essentially the same Turn/Fade number, but some are understable, stable, or even overstable. So, I want to know what actually makes a disc stable, understable, or overstable. Thanks!

      @@studiowizard6286 As a general rule, yes it is related to the numbering system on the disc. For understable discs, the 3rd number (turn) will be often be negative. The more negative, the more understable.

      @@lennoncoley1431 Thanks, Lennon. I'm starting to figure it all out now! Knowledge is the first step to developing a great throwing technique.

    What disc would you use for a anhyzer forehand that finishes like a backhand? Something stable or understable?

    • @lennoncoley1431
      @lennoncoley1431  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      To clarify the question, for a right hand forehand, you want it to finish left? Something understable
