Its a cool press to be honest, its nice with the auto down future. The only Con i have is, it doesnt work well with hoodies or big items...unless you wanna rotate the garment.

Not bad at all. However, the heat press with the buttom, how are the coils inside, when the coil is in a certain pattern, the consistency is good, but if the coils are different, some of the designs are not heated evenly, this was brought up by people who are into the business using different kinds of heat presses.
I ordered one and it gets stuck all the time. It has never functioned properly. My cheaper one from Amazon worked well for many years

Great press, but not great when pressing larger items like hoodies, sweaters... As not a great deal of room to move garments
