I heard one reactor said that KZ reinvented the song into a "revenge" version. She really did the entire arrangement of the song. Glad these musicians can get along with her ideas thruout the song. There are a lot of talents inSia, They don't get the recognition in the West. l knew of their talents as lam Asian way back in the 70's. This little force of nature is only 4'8" and has more energy than a rocket. You really should see all of her performances in this competition. She didn't win, Jessie J did, oh, the rap section was spoken in her native Filipino. I think it's Tagalog. Yes, if you get a chance she is definitely a bucket list act to catch.
She had to have surgery on her vocal folds and lost quite a bit of her range. So she got Lemons and she made Lemonade. She has become a first rate arranger. This was one of hers. She takes a song by the throat and thrashes it until she controls it. The results are stunning.

Been a fan of KZ's for a long time now - she's great. Saw that there is supposed to be a new live video coming out with KZ and Rita Ora but haven't seen it yet. But check out anything she did on Singer 2018 - some of her best live performances.
