I don't think there is such as tibetan Buddhism. It's all from India. If it's tibetan then Bhutan may not follow it.. Bhutan did follow because they know it's Buddhism from India which is passed from Buddha it self.

Tibetan masters translated all those ancient buddist scriptures into tibetan language which you guys read these days. If you dwell into history tibetan buddism came into Bhutan founded by tibetan lama who fled tibet long before. Learn to be grateful for one from whom we get inspired!
