Low Carb Chocolate Brownies - gluten free, 7g carbs per brownie and delicious

- These brownies are great if you fancy a treat. They are not keto but could be made lower in sugar by replacing the milk chocolate chips with dark chocolate. I baked them for 18 minutes, and they could have come out after 15. Every oven is different, so it's worth keeping an eye on them.
I used:
150g/6oz dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa solids)
50g/2oz milk chocolate chips
50g/2oz butter
50g/2oz erythritol
100g/4oz ground almonds
1tsp baking powder
2 eggs
Bake at 180C/350F/gas 4 for 15-20 mins
