Fathead Dough Bruschetta - low carb and scrummy!

  • This makes a lovely lunch or snack.
    I used half a batch of fathead dough. Check out my fathead dough video to see how to make it.
    I made the bruschetta using olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and basil, seasoned with salt and pepper.
    I baked the rolls for around 15 minutes at 180C/350F/Gas4.
