How do you get kicked out of a state? Like, what's the legal precedent behind that, especially when they can't find you guilty of a crime?

i have internal battles with myself about my past robbing people and burglaries and al that shit that comes with living on the streets and thre are times like Big U where ill say shit like he did "we was robbin everybody" and smile but then at the same time in my head start arguing with myself like why the fuck did you just smile about that?!
