Secretly sneaking anything into someone's food to experiment on them without their knowledge is such a violation. It's downright sociopathic to have so little respect for another person's right to consent, especially a romantic partner. Gross.
Totally! When my mom's co-workers found out that she was no longer eating meat they'd try to sneak in pieces of meat into sandwiches and give them to her.
@@arimarino3947 That's also wrong, but I feel like this is much worse because it went beyond disrespecting her values to actually experimenting on her body knowing she could suffer negative physical consequences.
I am vegetarian since I'm 9 and fully vegan now for 3 years. Something similar happened to me. Since I turn vegetarian very young my partners were really afraid that I will get sick due some vitamin deficiencies. My mom was unconsciously feeding me meat. She used to cook me food and hid the ground meat in some fillings or used chicken stock to flavor everything. When I found out my world was broken. She thought I will realize that I cannot be vegetarian in this world and that I need meat to survive. I started cooking for myself. When I came out as a vegan she said "why can't you be just normal". Now I'm healthier than anybody else in my family. My relatives are overweight and have plenty of illnesses and deficiencies. They still don't believe. I'm the sick one.
Kaki this proves you are way better person than she will ever be! RESPECT! I would send my mom to hell if you would do that to me, luckily she is vegetarian most of her life, vegan 12 years & now she eats tons of fruits... your mom should be ashamed but clearly you are a special soul - RESPECT!
So sorry for you.. Thats shocking, at least you're taking care of you, you can't change peoole that don't want to.. I hope you've support around you outside of your family
"sometimes a man just wants mac and cheese and hotdogs" dude was 24 and too rude and lazy to cook a child's meal for himself that he was okay with risking his partner/mommy-replacement getting sick. cooking is probably easier than switching creamer on the sly anyways...
Shay exactly! Sounds like she was doing all the cooking and he wasn’t lifting a finger. If she’s comfortable with him having milk in the house, I’m sure she wouldn’t mind him lifting a finger and cooking his own food.
Depends on the relationship dynamic. If hes paying the bills, she should be glad to cook the food and do all the chores. Equitable. But if theyre splitting all the bills, he should cook too.
I've seen similar situations showing the hypocrisy of a lot of meat eaters. Meat eater tricks a vegan into eating animal products - result: the meat eating community finds it funny. Vegans offers meat-free alternative - result: the meat eating community outraged.
'For her own good' Absolutely disgusting degree of self deception and rationalization. I hope this poor girl wakes up and gets tf away from that creep!
That’s just awful. And not telling her the truth is even worse. I know how insecure acne makes you feel and not knowing why you suddenly get breakouts all over the face when everything was just fine feels horrible. Now she might end up spending hours researching the reasons and buying expensive treatments because her boyfriend is a jerk
@@octo.lina69 It depends on how she was taking it. The only time I use soy milk or almond milk is in oatmeal or sauces so I can't tell the difference because the other flavors mask it.
@@poisonvax1927 That's a gross exaggeration and misrepresentation of non-vegans. And then, vegans wonder why they are despised as a group. I never had a problem with my vegetarian friends but clearly there is some truth to the stereotype of the crazy vegan. I'm not sure if I believe Mic the Vegan and it's not because I assume he's a liar. Anonymous stories? How did he fact check it? What if a vegan wrote that story to malign the character of a non-vegan? I mean, I could probably create a similar story about an evil vegan. Hmmm... would Mic the Vegan have the honor to blindly believe my story and post a story about an evil vegan? I would hope he had the good character to do so. And as a former Christian and current atheist, yes, I see very disturbing parallels between veganism and religion. Vegans use the same language and tactics that I observed in my religious past right down to the "You were never a Christian/Vegan" retort.
Shawn Darling... okay? And? Like the people harvest animals aren’t breaking their backs either? Or people working in call centers/as janitors/as a teacher? Your point is actually non existent.
I straight looked my husband in the eyes and said that would be grounds for divorce. 😡 that's just a violation of someones trust I don't think I could ever get back.
@@RecentCha I'm glad you pointed out that you're ok with assault. You're god damn right if he hit me that too would be divorce. Respect is respect, once that is gone it will be there forever. Should I not have the choice to keep myself safe form my S.O.?
Alysia Wilson you sound deranged for comparing beating the shit out of your wife and giving her whole milk instead of soy milk . Calm down and take a deep breath. I bet your poor husband has to double check if he can make a joke around you too .
Secretly poisoning a partner with dairy is something a sociopath would do. When you've been vegan for a while, you've stopped producing the enzyme that makes you able to digest lactose. So if you weren't lactose intolerant to begin with, now you are. I can only imagine the stomach upset she must've experienced due to being fed dairy without her awareness.
Omg similar thing happened to me! Parents added meat/milk in my food...should’ve know since they randomly became willing to cook “vegan food.” Led to the worst acne breakouts in months 😓 Also notification squad where u at
Owww sorry I would die if my parents did that 2 me my cramps before the diet change would kill me now there not as bad I do NOT want to go back 2 that !!! Hiw did u figure it out?
Ansley M. Sister saw him cooking with it for me😥 But now I’ve been cooking myself since I was a young teenager so I’ve become quite a decent vegan chef if I do say so myself 😋❤️❤️❤️
I’ve accidentally consumed dairy (so has my dad who’s pescatarian), and we didn’t get acne breakouts, we just had horrible stomach aches and not so fun trips to the toilet for the next day. We are literally lactose intolerant now. I used to drink like 5 glasses of dairy milk a day so I had a very high tolerance. Lol that tolerance is gone now and good riddance.
Cuz factory farmed milk contains antibiotics, anti inflamatories, has almost no nutrients and the cows hormones are fked up to produce more milk. However, milk is not meant to be consumed in any way other than fresh. Cooking makes it harder to digest. Finally you could be alergic to it. But some really thrive on raw milk from grass fed cows, because it has all the vitamins you need in the active form, not previtamins that need conversion
Iron Maiden Nope. We bought grass fed, “free range” milk. It’s not an allergy cuz I used to drink 5 big glasses a day and never had a problem. After I went vegan, my body adapted to the new and better diet so now I can’t consume any animal products without getting sick. It’s actually pretty cool.
When I was trying to make the transition to veganism there would still be instances where I slipped up and consumed some sort of dairy (nobody is perfect but I refuse to touch the stuff these days) and when I would, the day later - no joke - I’d have ridiculous breakouts. I guess everyone is different but that stuff is dangerous and just shouldn’t be consumed by us.
I went vegan a few years ago for my blood pressure, which got me off my meds and kept it lower than ever. But my SKIN! I struggled my whole youth with acne and after going vegan I have crystal clear skin. I always had a hunch it was the diet, but now I'm more certain. Love all your vids btw, I'm slowing starting to rub off on the people around me and make them more health conscience
I've rubbed off a lot of "health conscience" on those around me especially family and not exactly like a nutrition guru or anything weird. But especially with family they like to pretend it wasn't me. Its more than a little cringey sometimes when one of my parents will say something like "didn't your sister come up with this recipe" and I'm like uhh no not only that but I've cooked this dish many times before and she never has. Actually she doesn't even cook what the fuck are you talking about... or err I actually say "oh yeah, no I did." to which they'll reply "oh really? I didn't remember that."
let me guess.... she doesnt know he swapped the milks so now she thinks her vegan diet has stopped working, she watches youtube and will soon be eating fish
@Halberdier Did I say a judge would consider it poison? Does what a judge say make something valid or invalid? I'd consider putting a substance in someone's body that does physical damage to them is poisoning them. If you were to say that "He only did it for a week so it' doesn't count" I'd ask If someone was sneaking cyanide into your food but it was only for a week and not a high enough dosage to kill you does that qualify as poisoning? And if you think cholesterol, IGF1, Saturated fat and feces, etc. aren't hazardous to one's health I'd ask why you refuse the data?
@Halberdier I just realized the issue here. I see that the original comment was edited after I replied to it. When I replied it said something along "Does this count as abuse" Now I understand why you're bringing up court. Dick move to just edit that after it's been replied to, Kate.
I’ve heard people accidently consume dairy after being vegan for a few years and have pretty severe reactions, your body got used to not having it in you
I have had a few accidents where servers havent known there is dairy or foods now have them in (pink wafers wtf mate) and i get so ill. A resturant once gave me normal ice cream i had half a tsp and spent the next week horrendously dizzy, exhausted, on the verge of passing out and intensly nauseous, its awful!
It's not about being vegan, it's the lactose. I am not even vegetarian but I became lactose intolerant in my late teens as I moved out of my parents' house and no longer bought milk for myself since I never drank it fast enough to finish it before it went bad and I didn't want to waste the food and the money. Those few years of having no milk is what did it. Now I drink lactose-free milk and am fine. Any vegan in the world could do the same, assuming they don't have a dairy allergy.
I think it technically is assault. Probably no judge would consider dairy a health hazard, but he fed her something against her will and caused her physical damage and emotional distress. She could probably file for assault, but considering people's stance on dairy and veganism in our world, it would cause more problems for her than for him in the end.
@@AraritaShe doesn't have to scream she is a vegan. She has reaction to cow's milk. She told him so. He ignored and put her health at risk. If this is not an assault what else is?
@@mangoauthority2897 exactly, as long as the girl presents her case well any decent judge would put aside any bias and treat the woman the as someone showing symptoms of lactose intolerance. The boyfriend was knowingly causing detriment to the health and well-being of another person because he was aware of the symptoms prior to his actions. Vegan or not this would be classed as a form of assault.
"Guaranteed this guy eats meat like 3 times a week at restaurants anyways and forgets about it - whatever, I'm just giving him crap, let's keep going." 😂🤣
I used to get cystic acne which I was really embarrassed about in high school, I had people point it out daily. Immediatly after going vegan all my acne started clearing up and after 2 months all my cystic acne was nowhere to be seen. I've been vegan for 3 years now and haven't had cystic acne since, only the occasional breakout. 😁
Line Duquesne Oh you lucky one... I really love my boyfriend but his animal product consumption makes me sick. At least he does not eat them when i‘m around, but that’s simply not enough.
Rewatching this and I remember my mother-in-law visiting and doing the same thing. She cooks amazing traditional meals for us when she comes, and her first visit since my transition had her sneaking in dairy and eggs so I wouldnt get sickly, like mixed in with lentil fritters. So much time spent in the bathrooms during family outings seemed to change her mind quickly. Now MIL follows a plant based diet for her diabetes. Her cooking is still the best Ive ever had 👍
Doubt it v.v I mean to those this is news probably already know it has something to do with their diet but since diary is an addictive substance good luck cutting it out.
Does he know there are vegan versions of mac and cheese and vegan sausages, or he can move his btt and make his own carnist meal? Nah, better feed someone against his will.
I used to have horrible acne from the ages of about 12 to 19. I ate meat at 12 and then turned veggie around 12/13 and still has horrible acne. When I turned vegan at 19 my acne basically went away and now I only have 1-2 spots at a time. My acne used to be that bad that I was on antibiotics and all sorts of creams etc. From doctors to try clear it and nothing worked. I turned vegans for the animals and getting rid of my acne was just a good side affect. I also lost weight too. I’m still chubbyish as I used to eat like crap but I’ve started making home cooked meals recently and I’m trying to slowly get to a healthy weight :)
The veganism obviously isn't helping you if you still get acne. It is normal for adolescents to get acne sometimes, and for it to get better as you get older, most adults don't get acne after the age of about 25. It sounds like your diet might actually be prolonging it. Vegan diets wreak havoc on sex hormones and inflammation. Don't believe a word this guy says on this channel. It's all lies and dangerous medical advice from a guy who is not a doctor. Veganism is a cult, never forget that.
@@KFrost-fx7dt He provided peer-reviewed research studies. I'm not seeing you provide any evidence whatsoever. Why should anyone listen to you? What is your degree in and your research specialties since you are making recommendations for someones health which could have serious consequences. And how do you know that she isn't seeing a doctor for annual physicals? My doctor is happy that I went plant based. I was stressed out, was running late and was running up the stairs to the doctors office and I was sure my blood pressure was going to be high, which it always used to be slightly anyway, but it was normal. Maybe you should try to provide some evidence next time.
I respect the medical profession. My grandparents were both microbiologists. But given my own experiences with doctors I'm just infuriated by the whole practitioner field is absolute fucking garbage. Just dumping money on medication and not one doctor being able to say "we know from like 30 studies in the past decade this is probably because of dairy consumption you can either keep up the medication or get rid of dairy" the fuck. At least direct you to a dietitian or nutritionist. As for losing weight its probably something you should do only after you're comfy with your vegan diet. When you diet just plan it and have realistic goals. Portion your meals. And personally something I suggest is you should be able to actually enjoy the foods you're eating in the amounts you're eating just don't let autopilot kick in. Plan it all out. I'm also a big bored eater. Nomming little bits of carrot, banana or watermelon works pretty well for me. Also zero cal gum.
Thats not actually surprising. I've suggested so many times for people to eat beans to help with their diet but they cringe because it gives them diarrhea. People don't think about the fact that it takes years of eating dairy probably when they were 2-3 years old to get use to it.
My sister and I are both vegan, my brother in law is vegetarian, and for thanksgiving my mother (who eats a standard American diet) cooked and entirely vegan meal for all of us. When she told her friends she was doing that a lot of them asked ‘don’t you just wanna slip in some non vegan food and see if they even notice?’ She was baffled that people think it’s funny to be deceitful
Ps, a member of my family cleared up years of rosacea when she eliminated all dairy products. I told her to ditch dairy, she didn't believe me; the meds that her dermatologists were giving her were not curing her, only barely lessening the symptoms. Once she dumped dairy, no more meds needed, and now she has clear skin. She believes me now.
Lactose also affects asthma and eczema, a few years back in got my girlfriend to cut dairy out of her son's diet and both disappeared (the asthma and eczema that is) over the space of a couple of months, it did coincide/overlap with us moving out of London and into the countryside but he didn't get any acne when he hit his teens either so although we didn't make one isolated change in his diet and environment i'm pretty sure it helped cutting it out.
@Channy Whocares It's what retarded people who know nothing about nutrition call vegans. He's trying to say they eat soy so it makes them girly. You know, based on all the incorrect myths about phyto-estrogen in soy making you girly. It's funny since they consume mammalian hormones and even beer has far more phyto-estrogen than soy. It makes them feel better about looking and eating like shit.
My mom secretly fed me with some sauce that had Mayo.... My reflux came back for 3 days, I got diarea, headaches and acne. I was thinking of secretly feeding her a vegan pot cookie, but I can get in jail for this, so I don't know and she's probably never even tried pot, she definitely hasn't tried the strong shit they sell nourdays!
@chainsaw39, how would you get caught, though? It can’t be too difficult to find some “drug”-dealers and smuggle the pot into a batch of cookies, even if you’re not the one making the cookies, since you can simply mix it with the ingredients.
@@supermario69kraftgami23 dude, I make and sell pot cookies, the problem is that it's illegal and my mom doesn't know about this! I can put lsd in her water if I wanted to. That's not the point.
@chainsaw39, so you think your mom will get suspicious if you make a batch for her? Which country/US state do you live in? I’m curious because yours might be next to legalize pot.
I still get facial acne after 2 years as a vegan. But compared to what it was before, the situation has definitely improved. Plus skin feels more elastic in general.
Goat Milk is much healthier for Human Consumption, for instance, if a Baby had no Mother to feed from the next best choice would be Fresh Goat's Milk. These days people use formula, but...
I've been vegan for 15+ years and one thing I've learned is never settle for less than a vegan partner ;) Also as far as break outs go, oil and processed sugar breaks me out. Whole foods and milled flaxseeds balance my skin.
Another anecdote here! I'm no vegan, but I do avoid dairy. And I can clearly notice my skin improves when I stay away from dairy for a longer period...
On their own they do, but if it’s cooked in something it’s a different matter. You wouldn’t notice in something like porridge with fruit, sweeteners, etc.
My 15 year old son had really bad acne, his face and some parts of his body looked really bad 😩 I bought him so many expensive treatments for his huge problem! My girlfriends used to tell me that I got a big problem and to take him to the doctor. Long story short: when I went vegan, he was kinda forced to drink almond, soy, cashew, coconut milk and all of the sudden: his face started getting clear and clearer!!!🎉 Now, he gave up all dairy 👍🏽🙏🏻 and slowly eating more vegan foods that I cook or take him out to try new vegan things! Thanks for this video! 🌱🙏🏻😘 go vegan!
Damn, what a douche. I thought I was so lucky before, now I feel straight blessed for my Nana. She made tamales for me once. (When I was starting on my vegan journey, she put animal based stock in a dish she offered me bc she didn't understand.) I asked her to show me what she used on the tamales, explained the shortening she used wasn't purely veg. She was so upset, and I felt so guilty for all the work she'd put in. I started apologizing, and she explained she was upset with the shortening, and not me. She whipped up a new vegan batch. My Nana was so determined for me to feel included during the holidays. This video gave me a new appreciation for what she did. And I thought I was already grateful.
What a heart-warming story! After all the other comments about douchey people, it's refreshing to hear about a non-vegan who actually cares and supports loved ones.
Can vegans not taste the difference between plant milk vs. cow milk? Honestly, to me, it seems unlikely for a person not to notice their plant milk was played with.
Thanks, Mic! I'm an esthetician and I'm always trying to talk to my clients about their eating habits and how it can effect their skin (mainly animal products and processed foods). Although, I know when it comes to acne there can be a variety of factors that lead to acne I always want to be as knowledgable as possible when it comes to our skin. Thank you for this information! I will use this to better educate myself and my clients! 🙂
Well this is anecdotal, but Fact 1. I had a spotty ass for 30 years Fact 2. went vegan Fact 3. never seen them since. ( or more accurately my girlfriend hasn’t. Win win!) Draw your own conclusions
There's a movie on Netflix called Some Freaks, and there's a scene where one of the characters tries to force another character to eat dairy, and it made me tear up. I've never been force fed like in the scene, but I have had people try to sneak milk products into my food, or withholding the fact that something does contain dairy. It's a really shitty feeling
My mom used to make my dad vegan food without him knowing, but he said it tasted just like meat. But he doesn’t really knew if it really was animal flesh. It's quite interesting to see this kind of behavior. But the problem is: I'm kinda confused if it’s wrong to do that, because it's just vegan food and not some dead animal. He didn’t have any digestive problems, but I once told him that what he was eating, was plant-based. He was outraged, I asked him if he likes it and he said it was "ok" -.- But when vegans get tricked, he finds it funny 😑
Poor girlfriend! 😢 I bet he learned not to do that again. 😖 I’ve been vegan for 14 years. Once ate two large slices of pizza with regular cheese. Didn’t feel anything different or bad. Still, I didn’t go vegan for health reasons but for the sake of avoiding animal cruelty. I’ve noticed that, with many vegans, ethics are a stronger motivation than personal health. The healthy benefits are a welcome perk 😊
I couldn’t drink milk for years then I was able to . Then I had the worst skin I ever had . I was drinking tons of milk spent thousands of dollars on my face. Now I look back and shake my head.... 🙁🤔🤷🏼♂️
After being vegan for 5 years I accidentally Consumed food made with milk. I didn't know until I started experiencing a horrible stomachache. I felt my stomach contracting and that was no fun believe me. Thanks to the waiter that thought that a little bit of milk wouldn't. Hurt me.
And what about the dairy industry suppressing the info that diary does cause acne in some people. It took me till I was 36 to figure this out for myself despite doctors and media telling us acne is not diet related. They say we need more prescriptions to resolve it and that’s the only solution.
My brothers and sisters used to try and sneak meat bits and meat fat into my dinner, parents did not give a hoot and were annoyed that I was not eating my dinner, I called them all out on it but apparently, it was my fault. Even my brothers and sisters have threatened and hinted about sneaking meat, enough to the point where I have to chuck my dinner in the bin because of that implication.
This man totally voliated his girlfriend, it soo disrespectful. Don't manipulate a person's food, it is wrong. I hope she dump him, this is a lesson to be learned here is to respect people's belief, values and choices including your own. If he respected himself, he would NEVER disrespect her.
"Surprise! You can eat whatever *I* want!" The return of her acne is bad but worse - and even worse than her potentially questioning her vegan diet - is his betrayal of her trust; experimenting on her body without her knowledge or consent (the fact that he knew it might result in the return of a distressing condition compounds this); his slyness; and and his utter disrespect for her as a human being. I hope she finds out and dumps him on the double.
I can tolerate some dairy products but only a bit. I had a phase where I ate dairy again and my acne came back. It was so bad. I switched back to vegan and my skin is amazing again. Not going back for any reason again. Not worth it.
This is interesting. I am one of 5 kids, and am the only one that didn’t drink milk, everyone else drank it regularly. I am also the only one that didn’t get acne growing up. I had never thought about it before, but I now wonder if I have distaste for cow’s milk to thank for my clear skin.
Hey Mike can you make a response to 'What I've learned' channel? He has a similar style to yours, he looks at studies but comes out with very different conclusions to yours. I'd be interesting to see what you think!
Yeah, like this one, th-cam.com/video/rui6NC4jnDk/w-d-xo.html this is the kind of thing people will ask me about and while I can smell the bs- my spidey sense goes off- I can't actually verbalize why it's wrong.
dawgsmycopilot I just watched the video you linked here. Zero evidence, not a single study cited, just a guy with no apparent qualifications dressing up his anecdotal speculations in language that, in his mind, makes it sound as if he knows what he's talking about. As the late, great Christopher Hitchens said, "What can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence."
There was a chef in my brother-in-law's restaurant who was proud that he had been able to pass off meat as a vegetarian meal to his girlfriend, who had been vegetarian for 30 years. I was livid and disgusted. Thankfully, he and his ego no longer work for my brother-in-law.
This reminds me of when I was a kid. My parents raised my sister and I as vegans and home schooled us back in the early 80's. My grandmother disagreed and would trick us into drinking milk, eating ham sandwiches, etc to prove that my mom and dad were nuts. I remember once she gave us fried clams and said they were breaded mushrooms, I got violently sick afterward. My parents were so angry when they found out what she was doing. Oh, and she thought home schooling was crap so she reported my parents to the state which then forced us to enroll in public schools!
My mom used to do shit like that when I went vegan 4 years ago. After all the educational talks I’ve had with her, she now makes sure I have something vegan to eat at all our family gatherings. I also used to have really bad acne during nursing school. My skin is clear and smooth now, I don’t even wear make up anymore. Thanks to a vegan diet and to you Mic for dropping so much science on our community. You’ve seriously kept me going for four years. You’re awesome dude!
I feel like I can see when people drink a lot of milk from just looking at them... it's not just acne it's a combination of things like acne (a very specific looking acne), slight swelling and bits of redness. Obviously anyone can get all these symptoms but it's not the same, it's specific. iI's like I have a sixth sense that they drink a lot of milk (I know it sounds stupid). My boyfriend had it when we first started going out and he was self conscious of his lips because he thought they didn't look nice on his face as they were a bit big (he thought) but after going vegan they aren't as swollen looking and he has no acne (he still gets spots and stuff but not acne). I feel like I can hear when people drink a lot of milk as well. Like I can hear how much flem they have in their throat and they always do this weird sniff/throat thing to get the flem up. I think it's gross but maybe I'm just paranoid or something hahah, but honestly I think to myself "I bet they drink a lot of milk" and the next day I see them pour a whole glass of milk. Does anyone else get this???? (I know it sounds weird)
Totally agree with you mic... Btw haven't watched much of you videos but... I genually think that its sad to see how many people misinterpret what's right ✔️ and end up not realizing .. the side effects yet impacts on a non - vegan diet 😟😞
Blanche Elisabeth, I’m 30 (had chronic cystic acne nonstop since 13) and been vegan for almost 2.5 years. After about 6 months of being vegan I found that just going vegan didn’t completely do it for my acne. It definitely helped a lot, but not quite as much as I would have liked. I also had to cut out processed foods like imitation cheeses and imitation meats, and cut out basically all refined sugar. Huge improvement after that!
@@catherine380 Thank you for taking the time to answer me! I am on a raw food diet, so no sugar or any processed food. I think my acne comes from the hormones I had to take everyday for 5 years for my endometriosis :'(

My mom was unconsciously feeding me meat. She used to cook me food and hid the ground meat in some fillings or used chicken stock to flavor everything.

It’s actually pretty cool.
didn't know that part of the story. good for you then!
Iron Maiden cow milk is not meant for human consumption. doesn't matter free range or not. we are not calves but humans.

Dairy causes acne. That's 101 shit for acne sufferers.
@Kaiser Frost Not worth it.
If there was any justice, that would be a criminal offence, what he did.

Went dairy free at 45.
Adult acne cleared up.
Guts turn and diarrhea ensues, if I consume it now.

@Berserker Karma will deal with him. He is sick, he clearly doesn't understand how serious his actions were. She could have been hospitalized.
i'm not buying it. how does someone NOT taste the difference between cowsmilk and plantmilk?? *scratches head*
sometimes it’s hard to tell when it comes to creamer
It was in her coffee
lol! I know. Dairy tastes vile.
Yes please, he recently made one about the carnivore diet.
dawgsmycopilot I just watched the video you linked here.
Vegan gains did it. Search on youtube.
@ thanks, I'll check it out. I would still like to hear what Mike has to say about it though.
I don't believe this actually happened. She would have been able to taste it! None of the plant-based milks taste anything like cow's milk.
What an awesome guy. Genius! 👏👏👏
Hench Herbivore hard to tell if these are slow claps.. 🤞🏻 they are
There was a chef in my brother-in-law's restaurant who was proud that he had been able to pass off meat as a vegetarian meal to his girlfriend, who had been vegetarian for 30 years. I was livid and disgusted. Thankfully, he and his ego no longer work for my brother-in-law.
Love you Mic!
I'm not even vegan but I wouldn't ever trust him again
Girlfriend drives boyfriend to a field of fresh laid cow manure, dumps his ass off in it, and then leaves!! 😂😂😂😂💩
COW JUICE = FACE JUICE 👌🙂
My mom used to do shit like that when I went vegan 4 years ago. After all the educational talks I’ve had with her, she now makes sure I have something vegan to eat at all our family gatherings. I also used to have really bad acne during nursing school. My skin is clear and smooth now, I don’t even wear make up anymore. Thanks to a vegan diet and to you Mic for dropping so much science on our community. You’ve seriously kept me going for four years. You’re awesome dude!
How did the boy even manage to not get caught switching the milks?
So glad you did a video on this
I feel like I can see when people drink a lot of milk from just looking at them... it's not just acne it's a combination of things like acne (a very specific looking acne), slight swelling and bits of redness.
I genually think that its sad to see how many people misinterpret what's right ✔️ and end up not realizing
.. the side effects yet impacts on a non - vegan diet 😟😞
i have bad acne and I am 26.... waiting for your next video
I think my acne comes from the hormones I had to take everyday for 5 years for my endometriosis :'(
Oh so sorry, ya that would be my guess then too.
If someone slipped me cow's milk secretly, it's only be a little while before I realized it. Since becoming stricter with the vegan eating I've become incredibly lactose intolerant. That's a horrible bf.
Can you do a video about how to check the credibility 'thrustwordy-ness' of a study. Every time I use pubmed I find artikels that say that dairy is good for you
Omg yes please!! As a person from a non-medical field I don't know what to look for in medicine studies specifically. Please Mic! :)
