I have had to do work on the shame I internalized as a boy growing up in a feminist society. I recently worked with a female therapist who when I had to transfer out of her care (she was going back for more schooling) told me that I fundamentally changed her perspective on how to provide help to men.

It's a cliche but pumping iron for mens mental health is the best therapist that I've found. It lets you put all your mental focus into the iron or even any anger you have you can focus it in to 1 spot, you build your body, you become stronger both physically and mentally and these attributes help in other aspects of life.

Any therapist is a no go. There are good ones I suppose but you’re putting A LOT of trust in a person for them to dissect and judge you based on their biased view of the world. People don’t stay appropriately objective anymore. Look at modern juries, 89% of verdicts decided by emotion and bias. Society is falling apart, men just built it so well it’s hard to put down.

So basically all these 'modern wmn' going to "therapy" are not being helped they are having their fmnst conditioning reinforced.
