Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 kg
Basmati Rice: 1 kg
Sliced Onion: 700 gm
Cooking Oil: 125 ml
For the Marination:
Salt: to taste
Curd: 250 ml
Bombay biryani Masala: 4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Lemon: 1 (juice)
Mint Leaves: Chopped
Coriander Leaves: Chopped
Green Chillies: 4 (chopped)
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp
For Cooking Rice:
Bay Leaves: 2
Star Anise: 1
Cardamom: 4 (small)
Black Cardamom: 2
Cinnamon Stick: 1 (small)
Cloves: 4
Lemon: ½
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Saffron: (soaked in milk)
Ghee
Mint Leaves: for garnish
Coriander Leaves: for garnish
Food Color: optional

4 हरी मिर्च (कटी हुई)
1 बड़ा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1 छोटा चम्मच हरी इलायची पाउडर
