Thank you Andrea, since joining your sleep programme 8 weeks ago I now sleep 6 to 7 hours a night . I followed the advise you gave me , kept a sleep diary , worked on positive and negitave thoughts ,and kept to my sleep window . This advise worked for me . Thank you Clare
