@@Lightbluecloud1 Nah that's the fun of this really nice control greedy meta everyone wanted. Now imagine you playing a 20m+ match and still losing at the end?
You're forgetting that this rating was back in the day when Face Hunter was basically the only hunter. And yeah, Deathstalker Rexxar would be too slow for any pure face hunter. We're 4 expansions further and you're suprised some cards from the past changed in worth? Trump is wrong quite often in his ratings, but you ignoring the fact that we're multiple expansions further is just foolish.
Back in the days, Rexxar was truly bad. Thanx to WW, we got scalehide, a lot of rush and lifesteal options with time, and now is just oppressive. Paying 2 extra mana for a big body is fine, but generating infinite value that has great utility with poison/rush/lifesteal stuff, that can instantly react to board just shouldn't exist.
During control warlock mirrors i refused to tap and i would win in fatigue every time cause people get draw happy in control matchups. So that guy calling out tracking on turn 1 can be right against odd warrior even more so with the dk in hand. Although most of my odd warrior hunter games don't go heavy fatigue. So there is that.
You'd be surprised how resilient odd warriors are. I was extremely unlucky and didn't get any of the shuffle zombeasts, and I barely won by not playing tracking.
DK Rexxar used to be my favorite hero card till I realized when played against it frequently, it is by design an extremely annoying card where it has a "Reno" type affect on a matchup depending on whether or not its drawn. Also when the opponent continually gets charge when you're playing defensive or lifesteal when you're trying to pressure them is super annoying.
Dear Editor: I'm having some trouble mentally parsing Trump's "Discover"-choices. Do you cut out a part of the clicking/selection animation? If so, I'd like to ask you to reconsider that. Thank you. You're doing a great job overall!
I remember so many people on Reddit telling me how absurdly weak this DK is because it loses to aggro/raza/whatever and called me crazy for proclaiming this being a sleeper card. "Why would you want to play a 6 mana gain 5 armor + consecration? You're better off playing Highmane to close out a game!" "This card is too slow to work." Blah blah blah. Of course it was ultimately Vicious Scalehide that pushed it into viability, but I won't be sad to see the card go - def got value out of it (day 1 craft). Am curious to see where Hunter will go when it rotates. Will it go back to SMOrc? Will Hunter see the Druid treatment by Blizz next? Who knows.
Back when I played Hearthstone I was a hunter main, of course when I quit the game happens to be the time hunter is at it's best lol.
