00:20 I dont know if its true but, I'll quote the Steam Guide "All you need to know about Total Conflict: Resistance" from Family Friendly Vapa. Paragraph Art of War 1 - Understand the Enemy: 'In therms of composition the enemy faction will not engage with the research tree mechanics, but instead will add year-appropriate equipment to their army out of thin air. Currently the bot is not too concerned with logistics or diplomacy and will attack you as it wants, but it will respect non-aggression treaties. ́
You should invest more into policing and garrison, that’s what’s killing your stability Have between 5-10 squads of police in garrison for each city to keep the peace. Then, to be able to defend better and handle rebels, I usually have a 10 squad strong unit with vehicles, notably trucks. Infantry is indeed not useless, they’re especially good in defense if they have RPGs, and for the biggest cities you can pull them back inside forcing the enemy to advance on you and thus expose itself
I explain in a future video why you are right but why I don't apply these tactics. Also I answer other common questions that have been asked during the playthrough.

Why don't you send some of the useless stuff to world market to make some money?
U got a ton of crap in your armory specially those trucks
