I am not sure if clamp can be put on top tube of the bike. Usually seat post is used. It might damage the carbon frame.. Might be OK for aluminium frames ...

I'm not sure about carbon frames as I've never owned a carbon bike. And for alluminium frame, i also hang it with the seat post and that's too perfectly ok.

Beside the tool tray, does the btwin 500 work stand comes with adjustable stabliser rod ( prevent handle bar movement). What is max bike weight? Price ?

Nope. It doesn't get the stabilizer rod. For the max weight, it is not mentioned anywhere in the specs but my old bike was around 16 kgs while the new one is 14 kg and it lift and hold the perfectly. Lastly I bought it for ₹ 5499 but i guess now the price has been increased

Do you always lube your chain that way? You should put lube on the inside, not the outside of the chain. Unless you want a dirt magnet of course.

Outside when applying from top side, inside when applying from downward side, because... Physics....

Thanks for the concern but it's necessary. It depends on the viscosity of the lube someone use. I use a lube with low viscosity so its necessary to lube the both sides. I like a well lubed chain and drivetrain. Dirt is not a problem for me as I clean it frequently.
But anyway, thanks for your suggestion amd concern. 🙌
