Let's see whats chanaged in Gnome 46 and Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Today we check out Ubuntu 24.04 LTS(Long Term Support). This has Gnome 46 for the desktop environment and some new features.
Honestly today there was some issues....installer took a long time and some weird things happened. Watch the video to see what went well and what didn't.

I will wait for the first point release of 24.04 before I think about an update. Then I will test ubuntu 24.04(gnome 46), TuxedoOS(Plasma 6) and popos 24.04(cosmic) and then decide on the option that suits me best. Because I'm thinking about moving away from gnome it will probably be a duel between cosmic and kde

I've been using LM and LMDE instead of Ubuntu for years on my production systems. I still have an ubuntu setup running around on my Surface Go tablet but I agree its a bit janky.

I had some major issues i had was that
I install Ubuntu is for some reason my file manager
Wont even run the panel wont work at all end dont get
My about snaps but for same reason my other systems had
No problems
