I think the time of gaming depends on the game itself, like if you're playing a depressing game such as the Max Payne trilogy for example it'd be whole lot different, better experience at night but mostly I find gaming at night better than daytime
I game at night if I have nothing to do the next day which means after gaming at night I can sleep a lot. But the moment about interruptions is so relatable my parents bother me all the time when I come home it's so annoying when I try to chill after work I can't wait to have my own appartment near the workplace

I usually play games at 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm I on play games on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I can play games on Thursday because the next day is weekend. I can play games on Friday and Saturday because Friday and Saturday is weekend. I can't play games on other days because my home teacher give me to much homework.

I'm a day gamer, remember that you can also game at Winter time in the evenings, that's also a good time... I'm always sleeping at night, I'll respect everyone's choice, but if we were made to live at night, we would have night eyes
