Personally, I think the red test technician got somehow exposed to the tears. He was still undergoing the change process but wasn't far along enough so the security staff was able to gun him down.
Was that the guy who shot and killed a doctor or something, or the guy who tried to get away after he got back into the real world?
@@crazybrickstudios7482 Guy who tried to get away was the third D-Class and who made the Foundation reconsider having criminals explore SCP 93. The guy who shot the doctor was a Foundation technician on the 5th and final test, where they lost contact for about a minute and a half before he returned and did that. Him being exposed to the tears makes sense, as it took an irregular amount of bullets to take him down, and the Unclean have been analyzed to be extremely damage-resistant. I would have really liked to see SCP have a test conducted where the Foundation tested the special Syringe-like ammunition on the Unclean but oh well.

The only thing i disagree with would be the “trapped in the machines” part. It seems to me that the “spirits”/echoes/whatever of the Absorbed are wandering invisible on world-093, and only machines can detect them. It would explain the “ghosts” appearing on-camera but not following exploration teams back thru the portals.

They already tried something similar when they sent it to another dimension but it just came back.
Christopher Woodlock the foundation from that dimension basically sent THEIR 682, basically a giant fucking dragon, and left a note basically saying, "It's your problem now, assholes."
what about SCP-2935? a death plague that left nothing alive, from germs all the way up to SCP-682, that's the reset button you would like to have for a world like this

I feel like there is another point to be pointed out. When the ships were evacuating, a few didn’t take off due to system errors, showing that the trapped minds of the unclean likely tried to stop those they saw as guilty for their predicament.
Never has a work of written fiction disturbed me to the very core as much as SCP-093.
I wonder....Has the SCP tried contacting the so called Sky platforms or such? via radio or even drone?
Now, I could be wrong. So please also give your thoughts on what the actual story is. I would love to see everyone's' thoughts on this SCP and what the story behind it is.

Honestly, I want to see the foundation do more tests with the Red Sea Object. If nothing else acquisition of that tech is probably in their best interest.

Nah it should be a strategy game where you make soldiers and tanks but if you lose them it gets worse because they get absorbed.

The Holy Fathers made the unclean as bio-weapons to figth the war, it says "The war wasn't fougth with weapons", "Sinners where given the chance to repent"
The unclean where suposed to absorb the "sinns" of pepole onto themselves; aka kill every human in places the High Fathers tougth sinful, wich eventually became the infirtile lands
To bad most of what Lord Blackwood learned was either forgotten or ignored.

@@steelslayer8506 Lord Blackwood, if you havent read his tales, acquired SCP-093 after learning of "huge faceless monsters" with the sole purpose of hunting one. After arriving Lord Blackwood narrowly escapes assimilation into an Unclean and is detained by the Church. After deceiving the Church leaders he developed what he called "Blackwood's Tears" which can destabilize the Unclean and in a sense "kill it". He leaves SCP-093 with a copy of his notes and his thoughts on the truth of the matter with one of the native humans.

But the question is... Who is He? Could he come from our world from an advance time, maybe from the Foundation or another faction? What is his objective if he strives for chaos? Why these worlds were made, we do know it is the result of the multi-choice world theory and would He go to our world and corrupt everyone into omnicide?
It’s never revealed what He is, but given the description of Him in the logs, it would seem that He is some kind of eldritch deity. As a result, we can’t really question His motives as He likely views us the same way we view an insect.

@Diamond Metal True, but the Foundation has a chest load of eldritch entities(many malevolent) so they could try to interview them or conduct raids on other factions who have chaotic beings.

So it’s seems like the cause is directly linked to the tears of that traveler (that showed up 350 years ago and gave humanity an big technological and scientific advancements) between worlds thing that was misused, by the “Holy” or whoever was in control of the society at the time, on people who were considered “Unclean”, and they used a purified form of the “Holy Tears” on the “Unclean”mixed with other substances in tubes. When the “Unclean” were in this substance they began to change over time, from what I remember him saying that their molecules were moving at a extremely fast rate, then they would turn into these huge creatures without any feature and with only half heir torso and would roam (with their arms which would extend at different lengths each time they moved around) without purpose, usually in what they called “infertile lands”, until it can upon a human and would absorb it if it noticed the human. It is also attracted to pure tears areas. So for a certain amount of time they were able to contain them until something went wrong and they breached containment and their attempts to contain were futile or with little success. My guess is that the being, that showed up 350 years ago and gave humanity an big technological and scientific advancements, purposely compromised the containment and allowed those things to get loose and wreck havoc around their world and watched as it happened, why he would do that, I couldn’t say. So anyways, as their society was falling apart their holy leader (not to be confused with the traveler that came 350 years ago) and many others left on space shuttle to leave to a station and watched from above as the world they once knew slowly was killed. (I don’t know if I’m right but I think as the shuttles were taking off they ejected the capsules with the people who in it out or something, but there was a problem that happened where some didn’t eject). There was a agent from the SCP organization who experienced the downfall of their world (pun not intended) and was what it seemed to be like he was the last human alive on the planet. From what he left behind he destroyed the original Red Sea object (aka SCP-093) leaving the traveler stuck in this world. Then many years later (I think) the SCP organization in the our timeline did experiments with it and brought back things to understand what happen to their world (look at the playlist for this to see the procedures done to understand more). And that’s all I’m going to say for I have said too much already.

I believe "He" could actually be a version of Scp 049 from a alternative universe who has created The Tears in a attempt to cure the pestilence and "He" created 093 to move to different dimensions to cure the pestilence permanently

I think HIM was a Lovecraftian Chaos God just wantin' to see the fall of an entire planet with its tech.
so, idea bout the red test subject. my idea is that he ended up getting contaminated by a form of the lord's tears, probably the same that cause the mutations, however it was a purposeful amount rather than the whole vat of the stuff, probably administered by "Him" to act as a scout of sorts to check the other world, or as a distraction while he got away in some form, as it is possible "Him" has the same abilities as his "unclean" and those trapped within them, being able to move through machines.
Man I love reading this stuff and seeing what people come up with. A fair amount of this matches what my original intent was. Some of it diverges a bit, but memory is a fickle thing and mine is self-consuming.

I feel like those absorbed by the Unclean are actually able to project their souls through machinery, actually. That was what I got out of it, not that they were trapped within the machines themselves. Though why was the D-class person in the Violet test able to see them if they were only detectable through machines? Or is there a simple explanation for that? Like maybe he was looking through a handheld camera and saw them.

I believe that the guy in the blue test was hiding from the unclean in whatever underground ruins he could find, he found a nice abandoned facility, blocked its original entrance then dug the tunnel to the surface so he could collect cereal, water, newspapers and the bedroll...
If the souls of the Unclean are seen by machines, as are the Unclean themselves, then what happened in the Blue Test, where the presumed Unclean was only visible by the subject and nearby personel? What about the gateway itself, entirely invisible in the view of machinery?

I think the reluctant dimension hopper (can't remember his number) might have stumbled into this world. Remember in one of the incidents where he was transported to a dark room twice where there is a man with a giant smile across his face with sunglasses leaks a brown fluid when shot by the dimension hopper with the handgun. This is all just speculation but if anyone else is reading this then by all means reply with what you think about this connection/theory thing :P
This is a great channel. Before I stumbled on it I was oblivious of SCP’s. Seeing your art made a whole new world open up for me. I’ve become a great fan.
I have a theory as to why He disappeared. His gift was the tech boom, and in telling of a war, that was his test,. When it became inevitable of the actions that are to come, the test failed, and He left.

Also, maybe in the red test the technician was transported to a skyplatform, since the structures and extra scp 093 seem a lot different from the surface.
That would be an awesome plot for a sci-fi horror movie. I would watch the hell out of it.
I agree with most all of this but one thing goes uncovered... The colors. There must be a reason why the object changes color depending on the person and why each color leads to a different place. The back story seems solid, but there must be more. Most likely something categorical or personality/past experience wise. There has to be more, and i bet it has something to do with each subject's "sins". Idk though.

I'll be honest, I like how this SCP when someone reads it is just some sort of "personal" thing when it comes to the colors the subject is associated with
But if you put the pieces together (like how you have done over the month), you realize that it's connected and a part of a post apocalyptic world

Though I can't wait for your video on 106, one of the "originals" (basically the most iconic SCPs like 173, 682, 049, 096, etc) that I honestly wasn't interested in the backstory of. I just thought 106 (or Radical Larry to people who don't care about the numbers :>) was some sort of entity that just does what it wants.

Yes, but the Agent claimed that He uses the discs to travel to other worlds, so the Agent destroyed the one he had, but if the SCP-093 we have contained isn't destroyed, then He can come through and do the same to our world

I think you're right on what happened, and personally I think they went about destroying the Unclean the wrong way. The mention of the brown substance going hard and ceasing to smell suggests in my opinion that the intended way of destruction would be to blast the Unclean with high explosives and solidify the goop. It's unclear weather the goop hardens over time or if it has to be electrically stimulated to harden, but either way using high explosives such as TNT or nuclear weaponry to free as much substance as possible then hardening it would possibly kill them. Tldr, blow up the Unclean and harden the goop and maybe it kills them, interesting SCP tho

This could be a plot for a movie. The movie could be set in this alternate world where the events of the war and the Unclean unfold. Towards the end; a portal opens and a D-Class steps out which would leave an open ending to a sequel where the foundation essentially discovers this world.
Just as a random statement. A man from the E-093 came to this time. He was found by a naturalist's maid. The naturalist found the E man and talked to him. The naturalist ended up going to the E-093 world. The naturalist ended up finding out what the Unclean are. The same guy also figured out how to kill the Unclean. He created the Blackwood's Tears, a counter-agent the the standard tears. He did a test run and "killed" and Unclean. The only reason he didn't die was because the Unclean had stopped allowing the naturalist to shoot and end the Unclean. Basically I just gave the rundown on how the Unclean are killed. I have no idea how to give a link, so I will just give the name of the page. It is called Lord Blackwood in the Land of the Unclean. Also, love your videos SCP Illustrated.

I like these explaining videos. I mean if they are possible and something is needed to sum up. Most of the SCP's are unexplainable
my theroy is that the tears alike radition the more you get near to it the more mutation you get and the god is actually like a destroyer it comes to a place destroys the worldand then does the same and the unclean are the gods mimnions and he gives them the tears so they do whatever he wants just for the tears and 093 is a portal to our world so it must be destroyed
I would assume the guy from the documents of the red test got to "HIM" and wounded him. Somehow said being figured out that the person was from a parallel universe and now decided to change every persons, he comes along, mind in use of the tears and send them back to their respective parallel universes with the mission to create chaos and maybe spread the tears to other realms?
I guess that the voices the persons hearfrom beneath the floor is some kind of comunication of the persons that escaped with the spaceships. I dont think the being, that is "HE", would just let someone escape and maybe figure something out to either destroy him or the work he did.

I'm wondering whether this parallel world includes SCPs like in our universe, specifically 672 because he did mention that there were more of his kind and SCP-001( the messed up universe one) because it could be that this is just a world in it and that there's a copy of ours in a different galaxy

Many scp support the multiverse theory, some more than others. SCP-093 seems to explain 2 separate universes, one claimed by the Unclean, the other being the wierd observatory containing exponential instances of SCP-093. I believe that the latter just so happens to be an origin point, where many universes, in tandem to every instance of the SCP, all converge
I think is more like a multi-verse, the agent of the foundation stated that in his world the year was 1972 but the foundation found 093 in 1968 while the bullshit guy even tho he didn't stated a year, he talked in a way in which we can assume his year is some year in the 2000's , my theory for this is that "he" left other copies of 093 in random realities, maybe because he lost them or maybe to mess with people, the last copy he used was the 093 the foundation recovered and then he established I assume his base in the world 093 takes to

I think it's sort of a "cosmic corrupted save file" if that makes any sense. The fact that it's a disc and most modern video games are similar was what lead me to think this at first, but also I'm a huge fan of Jon Bois' Breaking Madden and the Unclean sound like creatures or game glitches that emerge when you play with the game mechanics too much and the engine cant support it.
This cosmic being is basically a guy messing with one save file on his XBox, the hub from the earlier red test is the file load screen. Other universes like ours are untouched (maybe he uses them to goof off or just hang around), but the one we've seen by testing on SCP-093 is the one he said "How can I mess this up" but involving whole peoples' universes instead of some characters on his gaming device.
Something that could also change how the unclean are seen through machines is the fact that in the violet test, the D class was having a panic attack. Meaning he was able to see the beings themselves, while all other d class didnt. Maybe it is due to the souls being wrathful as the violet d class brutally murdered an officer. While the blue and green committed crimes that were probably in desperate times.

when i watched the one with them the blood lake thing and i rember hearing that there were areas where grass did not grow and the old rusty iron walls and a strange moss like substance so i think the one where the guy from the foundtion 1972 was from that group and somehow ended up in ours so maybe the unclean werent there but in the first are from there before the request for help and the most holy won and failed at rebuilding idk i just got the idea sorry if it sounds stupid
Well it seems to me that since multiple copies of this scp were sent out, that maybe some landed in different times, universes, worlds, etc that are similar to ours or this world before its downfall. The people that were left in this world from other worlds got trapped in this one and are just trying to survive.
The blackwood log is interesting. Goes into lord blackwood’s journey to this world before it went tits up. He develops the gun from the yellow test which breaks down the unclean and allows them to die

my idea is that "he" might be the scarlet king, i know that SCP has no storyline, but there are a lot of SCiPs that imply something BIG is coming and SK is the most likely candidate for it. if i were to guess, he probablly tried to invade our world by force once, but was fought off by the gate guardien (with god spreading stories about him as a warning to us, hence where we have the mytholegy aboutt the devil from) so he tried again in E-093, but this time smarter

although this "he" person might be one of their gems sent out to bring about destruction of mankind, the gems managed to master the ability to create wormholes to other dimensions

I want a game or at least a short movie set during the days of High Fathers rule.
I think that technician may have been possessed by the godlike entity. The first SCP agent to come to that world, he talked about how it was all him and he ended up trapping him in that world by destroying his original disk. I find it odd that the as the technician was about to leave, the camera goes out for over a minute. Now those, for lack of a better term, shadow people, can only be seen by machines and mainly stand around around and observe, going to great lengths to avoid contact, which would suggest that they can perhaps physically affect people. The quantum monsters themselves don't kill, but rather absorbs people into their consciousness. But when the "technician" came back through the mirror, he waits until everyone present at the test is in one place and then shoots and kills one person, then attempts to kill everyone else in the room. This is evidence of complex thinking, something the unclean lack and since he is also a quantum entity, he may be affected in the same manner as the unclean

It’s also the world of when day breaks
I'm still curious what made each person cause a different color change. What was the criteria a person fell under to cause a color, and what did each color represent? The green test subject seemed to be the only one who had a personal reaction, buy we don't know why. The violet (I think, the escort team one) subject had a reaction, but that was probably the souls of the Unclean victims affecting him, so that one can be explained a few ways. The green reaction can't.
I think that the color is based on the deeds of the holder.
Blue - A color which has a context of depression. The D - class killed two people on purpose and tried to also kill himself. He was the biggest sinner so he was sent to the place with the most tears , the infertile lands. We didn't see him expres regret but he was nice and co operated.
Green - Killed two chilldren but on accident. Expresd deep regret and freaked out when she saw the boy's stuff. She was sent to a place close to the tears but far from the worst point.
Violet - Secod degree murder but a brutal one. He didn't co operate and did not show any regret. He was sent to a city , near a bulding full of tears.
