Oh my goodness, I love it! I absolutely love it! I would buy this if a brand came out with it - but I also really like your aesthetic. I feel like this kind of video is so valuable to me for another reason though. It caused me to question what I gravitate towards in a palette and what colors my signature colors might be. And if I'm better at learning about myself that way, maybe I'll be more selective in what I buy (my ultimate goal). I really hope that you do this kind of video more often because I would like to get more practice with learning this skill. (but admittedly, to speak to my still wild consumerism, I would love if you did a final still shot with the color names and brands for each pan so we can screenshot it and build that palette on our own if we wanted it. I enjoy watching you play with your eyeshadows. I do the same with lipsticks. I melt two or three in a spoon or aluminum foil and pour them in an empty glass cream eyeshadow container. The colors I get are amazing. I tend to mix pinks with corals or darks with lights. Sometimes when I don't enjoy the color and sometimes when they are old or almost finished. Melting sterilises them and they look amazingly new and interesting. I apply them with finger or lip brush. I prefer a brush for a thin, natural and precise application.
This was a super fun video. I would love to see some looks that you create with it. I think doing this every so often is a great "series" idea. And yes, absolutely, those brands better pay up & give credit where credit is due lol 🤣

I would totally purchase this palette It would be "amazeballs" if a brand sought you out to create a beautiful array of eye shadows like the palette you put together. I think that olive could be recreated using the chartreuse + black pans you have. I feel like man you really love those bronze brown shadows and YEAH that's "boring" but it's practical and totally reminds me of your taste (as I see it as an outside observer).

Please make this a regular series!! This mixes all the things I love in beauty videos. The use of color, creativity, watching the creative process in real time, how to use what you have/shop my stash, delicious swatches. The only thing that would make it better is then doing three looks with your newly constructed pallet.
I don't always have the same taste as you, but I would buy that palette in a heartbeat. I might want a matte olive green there and an inner corner duochrome shade in addition to what you picked out, but other than that I see a lot of potential for these colors. Well done!
I'm a huge sucker for a deep neutral brown shimmer right now so I was sad to see it go. I've been using a berry like the duo chrome you chose (bare minimum from colourpop) layered over seductive (a rose gold shimmer) from the identity palette and bossy (a burgundy shimmer) in the outer corner and lining my eyes - also from the identity palette. It is a look that is just to die for. Your original more red leaning palette was reminding me of this look. The end color palette reminds me of what I loved about Goodsport though. It is my favorite palette for a grungy look.
P.S: yes, I'd love to see a monthly version if this. I'd love to see a video of a look or looks you would make using this palette. I was thinking this is inspiring but I think I'd need a 12 pan however, I have a few 9 pan z palettes that I have made color stories with. I feel like to make the essense of me in a palette though the colors from the palettes would need to leave their homes and then I might need the extra three shades.
