Wisps weren't hard just tedious. Just fly around at night and they stick out like a sore thumb.
Unknowns require knowing the land & having a good eye.
I ran into the first two weather mon just be out and about.
For Giratina, if you are able to find the cave and recognize the name you know it's bound to show up. When I fought Giratina my starter one shoted the regular form and three shot origin form.

Cherubi and Cherrim are available in MORE than "3 specific trees" actually. They have at least 6 trees they're a guaranteed spawn in at Coronet (Cherrim higher probablility), Cherubi in turn have two trees near the alpha lopunny in the fieldlands, and several trees in the Mirelands - most mireland trees being near the alpha pachirisu, and one stray tree between scarlet bog and solaceon ruins.
The most likely reason most struggle with finding Cherubi is they aren't going for shaking trees at all past a certain point because they presume it's all Burmy and some combee. Serebii has a good interactive map so you can find cherubi/cherrim trees for anyone still struggling.

A tip for catching Abra. If you know where they teleport to often, go there and hide in the grass and throw some food near them the moment they appear. That'll keep them in place long enough to throw a Pokeball at them. Only use Heavy balls on them if you've fed them a hopo berry and are confident you have enough time to sneak behind them (hopo berries make pokemon less likely to notice you)

Tip for the Forces, if you’re frustrated: stealth sprays and smoke bombs are definitely your friends, as well as not dashing after the forces as soon as you see them. Instead, when you see one, immediately chuck a smoke bomb, stealth spray yourself, and creep slowly around the map (whether ur on land or sea doesn’t matter) and they won’t see you as quickly. Huck stunning items in quick succession until their guard is down, and then immediately send out a Pokémon (or if you wanna gamble, a pokeball, but I suggest battling)

The last Pokémon I obtained in Legends: Arceus (aside from Arceus itself) was actually Ursaluna. I've yet to obtain Darkrai and Shaymin, but as encounters reliant on save data from BDSP and SwSh respectively, those aren't needed to encounter Arceus, nor are Phione and Manaphy (to my understanding).
I'm actually surprised Ursaluna didn't make this list, since you need a rare evolutionary item (Peat Block) and a full moon to make Ursaring evolve; there is no other way to obtain Ursaluna. This list largely played out similarly for me; some of the other "last Pokémon" I obtained were the middle-stage evolutions of the Sinnoh starters (Prinplup and Monferno; I got lucky with a rare Grotle spawn), the baby Pokémon, as well as Cherubi. I did got lucky with Abra and Bonsly, obtaining them at the first opportunity I could. I will admit; Cherrim is a bit easier to find because you can find it on more shaking trees than its pre-evolution.
Also a correction about Cherubi: you can also find it in the Coronet Highlands, but Cherrim are easier to find there. The "three trees" reference Cherubi's spawning locations in the Obsidian Fieldlands, I believe.

I like the Therian forme of Enamorus. The reason she's a turtle is to make the quartet reflect the Chinese guardians of the cardinal directions: the turtle of the north, the tiger of the west, the dragon of the east and the bird of the south. I never noticed that until she was released and I saw the Therian forme, but apparently neither did Game Freak. It's been 3 whole generations, lmao.

Baby Pokémon hands down the hardest, they were basically the ones that stood in my way of completing the Pokédex. I’m still on lava magmar baby for my last pokemon

I found Enamourus significantly more difficult than every other Pokemon in the game including Arceus. Arceus is literally just a Noble boss fight. Know how to dodge properly, learn his moveset and you can eventually whittle him down. It's the hardest Noble fight sure, but not the hardest mon to catch. Enamourus on the other hand is extremely difficult thanks to the environment making it very hard to catch up with it quickly, and the fact that the tornadoes it makes during it's attacks often spawn ON YOU. How are you supposed to dodge something that you just literally can't react to? Even if you dodge to anticipate it, you're far more likely to simply roll into another tornado. Not to mention you still have to throw a FeatherBall at it in the process before you dodge because it doesn't give you enough time to throw one after dodging. On top of it all, the catch rate it much lower, so you can't just slap it in the back with an ultra ball while it's stunned and catch it after a couple attempts (assuming you're lucky enough to stun him in a position where that's possible at all thanks to the environment) Despite the fact that I've died more times against Arceus than Enamourus, I'd still say Enamourus was significantly more frustrating and it's probably the only boss fight in the game that literally made me stop having fun playing it

its possible to catch enamorous just by getting close enuff not to trigger it running away but close to where u can throw a wing ball at it and stun it. good for avoiding all the running around and tornadoes

I found Enamorus way easier than Thundurus, not even gonna mention Arceus who requires to fill the Pokedex (and that means catching Enamorus which makes it instantly harder). I just used 5 smoke bombs, 4 wing balls, and boom, caught.

Big agree, Enamorus was a massive pain

Arceus is the hardest Pokemon to catch by default, as you have to catch every hard Pokemon to even make it to Arceus including the Genies (but not the Mythicals). It's an obvious answer of who is #1.

Can you try to introduce “non-recurring” teams for future videos? An example is not being able to use Gardevoir or Mawile in ORAS because of already being in X and Y Pokédex. HGSS would not allow Pokémon with new Sinnoh evolutions or Johto and Kanto Pokémon already in the Platinum Pokédex. This disqualifies Roserade from BDSP since it was in SwSh.

Giratina was tough I just farmed the alpha blissey for levels and threw a Creselia on my team, but I think the Unown and spirtomb are harder with no guide atleast, I like battling and tough ones at that tho

This is my first pokemon game and I found capturing all the monsters entertaining. Imho, if you find it too tedious, perhaps play another game as you seem to be complaining too much

Wow I actually didn't know that cherium can only be found in specific trees, I found mine in a tree near the top of the path from the summit camp to the ravine in coronet highlands, I had no idea it was this rare

you can trigger a space-time bubble by just being in a zone sometimes, like in some cases over 1 h

The Unowns were no problem at all. As you said, they had hints. I found all of them in the village and first two areas before I even realized there were hints. Once I had hints, it was just a matter of exploring each new place and the hint would be like "I'm on the back of the dam! You know, the dam? I'm right there." The hints made it super easy.
Also, if you've been a gamer for any period of time, the locations of the Unowns and wisps are usually pretty obvious. An island you can't get to yet? A ridge that juts out into the ocean rising to a small point? Remains of a campsite? Anything that looks unique or strange is a very likely candidate for something unique being hidden there.

I do like the challenge, I am not complaining at all, I am having lots of fun with so much content that they put inside the game. 😃👍
